New Albany Heating Air Conditioning

*Update*. I had to drop my rating a bit. My ac unit is only 2 years old now and, a month ago on May 12th, I had to call out a tech to fix my ac because it wasn't keeping up. Well, the tech missed the faulty compressor I guess, patched up the ac and charged me $85 (which wasn't bad). Well today (a month later) I'm having the same issue and it's 90 degrees in my house so I call again.

It's after hours so I'm told it's $130 to come out and $70 for every half hour after. The tech finds the faulty compressor and replaces it within 15 minutes, but I got charged for the full half hour for a total of $200. To me, that price is a little excessive. I was told those compressors have been failing a lot lately which makes me wonder if these compressors are meant to fail after a couple of years to get more money out of you; I don't know.

The techs are very nice and the service was speedy, but I definitely feel like I have been taken by this company. I'll most likely be calling someone else in the future sadly. Professional, on time, and courteous. They communicated everything they were doing and why; they even did extra work at no charge. My subfloor was rotted due to a previous leak from the old furnace and they fixed that for me.

While on the roof they cleaned out my gutters; something they definitely did not have to do. Their price was the lowest I had been quoted out of 4 other companies. Very honest and excellent work and customer service. I would highly recommend!

My furnace quit working on a cold weekend. I called New Albany Heating and the service guy was here pretty fast. Turned out better than I expected. I was very happy. This will be the first place I call next time. Thank you much.

Got a estimate on new ac furnace. Other estimates i got and the other companies would take pictures and measurements. Recieved a quote before they left. All new albany heating ac was take my email address and promised me a quote in 4 days. 8 days later after i contacted them several times before they sent me a quote. They were 10000 dollars more less warantees and less work on the units. The brand of ac unit was of a cheaper quality. Get other quotes before making any commitments.

The group at New Albany Heating & Air are awesome. I can't say enough good things about them. The entire process was smooth from quoting to paying my bill. I had water going up my wall board in the bathroom. I thought it was the condensation from the air conditioner. So I called New Albany heating and Air conditioning and they were here when they said they would be. Well it wasn't the air conditioner at all. He showed me behind my washer that it was one of the valves leaking and it had been for sometime.

He is such a nice guy. He cleaned out the condensation pump for me, I got the valve fixed and everything is fine. I just have to wait for the wall board to dry now. Anytime I need HVAC service I will always call New Albany heating and Air conditioning. They're Great!

They installed our system a few years back and I confess we got some other companies to service the units now and then. But the other guys charged too much, did less-than-satisfactory work, and pushed their expensive "service contracts". So, this time, with our AC not working correctly, I searched and was pleasantly surprised to see they are still in business.

A promise from them for next-day service and by golly the service man was here next day! Diagnosed and fixed the issued quickly, doing a couple little extras to make it run even better. Great, personable, attentive service person who obviously knows his stuff. Thanks New Albany Heating and Air!

My furnace wouldn't ignite so I called New Albany Heating and air. They came here within 2 hours. The technician just happened to have the parts to repair my furnace. He didn't have to go and get parts saving a lot of time. Also being it is very cold out today and my house around 52 degrees inside. He was done in 30 minutes and my furnace is working like new.

I am completely satisfied with the service. They are somewhat cheaper than big name companies. Definitely consider using them if you need your furnace or A/C serviced. I definitely will use them again in the future.
