We called for the central air not working. A young man showed up and said there wasn't any freon in the system. And it probably had a leak that needed fixed. He left the house around noon and never came back. Called the next day to see what the deal was and was told he didn't show up for work the next day. So, on day 3 with no air, another man came and said the same thing and that he would need to find the leak and fix it before refilling the freon.

But didn't have time that day to do so. This was a Friday and if we didn't want to pay extra for Saturday work he'd not be back till Monday. So, on day 6 he shows up fixes the leak and fills the freon. We then recieve a 1237.00$ bill in the mail. If not paid within about 30 days there would be 10% added every day after. So we pay 850$ at this point and see that the bill is over where it should be after the payments we've made.

So upon making the next payment we ask why the bill Is higher than it should be. And we're told after the fact that everytime we use a bank card for a payment it costs 30$. Probably should inform people of this before charging 30$ just to use a debit card! Over it and won't be calling these people again for issues with anything.

I've been using Chas A Michael's services for several years since I purchased my new home. Brian has always been the guy to come and check things out for me. He is a total rockstar! He has done small to large jobs including installing new units to rewiring my thermostat. He will literally stop by your home to check out anything you have concerns about. He's super patient and kind. I highly recommend calling them for your service needs. Seriously the best HVAC staff in Logansport. I won't call anyone else.

My furnace stopped working late at night so I called Chas A Michael. They were able to come over that day and my heat was back on! The people I dealt with were very nice, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! I would recommend going with them for anything you need!

Wanted to get some plumbing upgrades done so I called to set up an appointment to get a quote. I've seen them at my workplace before and heard nothing but great things about them. They sent me their quote relatively fast and the price was very fair for the work being done. They replaced my galvanized pipes with pex, replaced my 40 gallon gas water heater, installed a Water-Right water softener, replaced a hose bib on the back of my house, and replaced my duct work for my gas dryer.

They worked diligently the whole time they were here and even put down drop cloths to prevent any mess to my floors. From calling to scheduling a quote to the finished result, Chase A Michael was amazing! They were very professional and their quality of work was top notch. I highly recommend Chase A Michael.

I woke up to a cold house yesterday. I called Chas A Michael and they arrived 2 hrs later exactly when they said they would. Two friendly and professional gentlmen was in and out within 30 mins. It works great and charged me $99.50. I was more than pleased with their service.
