These guys just finished an install of a new ductless heating and AC for me. They did an excellent job that is very clean and efficient. Shawn was awesome, I told him I wanted a bit of a tutorial as he was conducting the annual heating service and he gladly showed me what he was doing step by step. He was professional and confident in his abilities and he worked efficiently to take the time he said it would to complete the job. With winters around us getting colder I'm confident my system stays up and running. Shawn is clearly an asset to Total Energy Management.

The Technician arrived at the scheduled time. He performed the annual furnace maintenance and went over his testing observations with me before he left. We are very pleased to have Total Energy Management on a biannual maintenance program. This program saves considerable money when they make diagnostic calls and the routine maintenance will increase our home's resale value. Recently we had a WiFi thermostat fail and the tech they dispatched was excellent in diagnosis and repair. Bottom line is that I can't recommend them enough!

Excellent response and customer service. My issue was solidly in the "homeowner should have called a professional first" and the technician that they sent out was exceptionally knowledgable and quick to correct the issue. I've been using Total Energy for my needs for years and it's great to know that with one phone call I can always expect to be sorted out the first time, and they are always cost competitive.

We are having a heat wave 114 (June 28, 2021) and my air conditioning unit stopped blowing cold air. Called Total Energy this morning to thank them for getting us serviced and cool! Adrian was our tech and he's super professional and very polite. Great staff. I can appreciate a company that hires good people - it's a reflection on them. I felt the price was reasonable and the service was excellent!

I have contracted with Total Energy for several years and I am very pleased with their service. Recently my heat pump failed and my home was very cold. I contacted Total Energy and a service rep was here promptly. He recommended an appointment with Steve Crowder Total Energy's Consultant. Steve explained the work and payment options. He gave me sound advice and directed me to the City of Richland for loan options.

The work crew was very nice and polite. The worked inside my home for full day and left everything clean and neat. Steve took time to explain how to use the thermostat and downloaded the Infinity Link on my computer He has checked back to make sure all is well.

I got both my HVAC unit and my electric panel replaced. I felt I got a quality system at a fair price. My heating and air system is saving me 40-45% on my electric bill each month! I appreciated the communication from the salesman, installers, and electrician. Both my heating and air and my electric panel were unique or special configurations to my condominium. They found what I needed, where others gave up or were too expensive. I highly recommend Total Energy Management.

The entire team that worked on my air conditioning system were fantastic, all very polite and accommodating to our situation. After suffering a few days in 90+ degrees with a broken system, they were able to replace my compressor and coil in one visit and get my house livable again! TEM is great to work with. they did the electrical and HVAC on our new home. We did have several issues throughout, but it was easy to get a hold of someone and get the problem resolve in a timely manner. Aaron is great and took time out to meet several time before we even signed a contract. Even after everything was completed and paid for, Aaron still took time out to talk and make sure everything was to our satisfaction.

I had Total Energy Management install a brand new HVAC system this summer, and the installation was a joke! I spent 10 thousand dollars, and you would not believe the install! See pictures. They did come back and make it right, but when you install like they originally did, no way, I'm giving them ONE star on the review only because their salesman, Arlen, made sure I was taken care of.

I can't say anything negative about him, he did his job, and he did it good, but the install team? My brother inlaw had the exact same situation, lousy install, in fact, they walked away after the install without putting in the air filter! He didn't know for a month! If you give this company your business, be careful, I warned you.

TEM handles all of my commercial HVAC systems and does an excellent job. They are very responsive and communicate with my Project Manager about progress or concerns that come up. They are a locally owned company and are big on giving back to the community. Great company all-around!

I had a heat pump installed about 20 years ago. I shopped around, got bids from several companies. I was highly impressed with the information and time that they gave me. Their price was below some other companies as well. A few years ago we were having issues with the system. I called Total Energy thinking I was going to have to have a new system installed.

They came out and checked the system and it turned out that they could repair it by only having to replace the outside unit. This saved us several thousand dollars. I still purchase our filters through them due to the convince and knowing they are always stocked there. I appreciate the honesty of this company and the knowledge of all the employees I have had the pleasure of dealing with.

This company is great! After doing much research and shopping around, I finally decided to use Total Energy Management. They installed a new heat pump and furnace, they also coordinated duct cleaning (never been done in my 1978 build house, it was gross!), sealed my ducts/vents (they found a 4 gaping hole in one duct). I immediately noticed a huge difference in my heating/cooling bill, it was reduced by over $100 per month.

This was the case month after month. They also helped me recieve almost $2,000 in PUD and manufacturer rebates - this helped a lot! It's been 2 years ago now, since the installed the system and they have been the servicing the system each year since. The service is excellent every time! Great company with fair prices.

I am a Haden home owner. Total energy was the electrical contractor who installed all the electrical. I am currently changing out my light in the guest restroom. When I pulled the original light off the wall, I was shocked and angry Total Energy Management did not install a junction box to properly support the light and enclose the electrical wires.

A junction box holds the wires in an electrically safe box so that if there is a spark or an arc it is contained to prevent fires.! I know this because I have an electrical background! Second issue. They cut the jacket on the cable and ran another cable through it to coil up the wire. Another no no. I am not completely mad at them, after all The L&I inspector should of caught it if he was doing he/she were doing their job.
