Moved onto several different companies and gained in his knowledge on service and installation of heating and cooling products. Through out the years, Brian's knowledge has been tested by three different cities for the installation of heating and cooling equipment. He has received his Masters certificate of competency card for the cities of, St. Cloud, St Louis Park, and Rochester. Also in the past years, Brian has received his Power Limited Technician's License through the State Board of Electricity.

About five years ago the furnace in our seventeen-year-old house went out. We were thinking of possibly going with Geothermal. We gave Brian a call and he came out and did an energy analysis which told us we needed to make some minor updates to the house. It also told us what we could expect from our Geothermal unit.

His heating, cooling, constant fan and hot water would be $1,312.00. Propane heat would be $3,161.00. This is a very big savings to the customer.

We were told by another company doing regular cleaning of our furnace that we would need a new one soon. We had Albany Heating (Brian) come out and he went through the furnace and found a minor problem. He fixed it, saving us from having to purchase a new furnace and air conditioner.
