I had a great tech his name was Micheal he was very informative showed me issues, gave me the cost, checked on my warranty information, did a inspection very professional. This tech is the one I would recommend to do any work or maintenance on your air conditioning unit. Services: A/C system maintenance, Cleaning, Repair HVAC

Called Ray & Sons to help with my Heat Pump. It began blowing white flakes in late November. They were quick to come out & assess the situation for their standard call fee. The tech stated our duct work needed to be reworked near the registers throughout the house and a required a cleaning also. He stated another tech would provide an estimate for the work.

After a week I called and was told the information would be passed on. I called again after 7 days and was told the information was passed on and the receptionist would follow up. It is now the end of February and I am still waiting on a call with an estimate. While, based on reviews, I am sure they do good work, but 2 stars on customer service is about all they deserve. I'll chalk it up to a $70 lesson learned, and begin my search for someone more reliable & true to their word.

Quick service to no service. I emailed/submitted an e-request to quote cleaning air ducts. I received a call that night, with a promise to call back later that week. I never received another call.

Ordered a complete HVAC system. They scheduled an install 5 days from the order. They provided 2 mobile AC units. We experienced no discomfort while waiting. Install was professionally done, very satisfied with the finished job.

Five stars again for Jason and Ray & Son! I sent a text message and had a response within minutes and was told he could be at our house within 2 hours. Jason was here a year ago so it was great to see a familiar face show up to work on our A/C Unit. Just like last time, he tells me exactly how much it is going to cost, what all of my options are and has all the parts on the truck to complete the job.

No need to return, no need to order anything, he completed the job as promised. All around a fantastic experience and many other companies could take a lesson in customer service from these folks. They are the best I have ever used.

Francisco was a delight! He was very sweet and very respectful. The first time he came out, he found the problem with my unit in just a few minutes. I wasn't able to have it fixed at that time. The next day I received a call from Mike Dunblazier with a solution to my financial woes. I decided to have the unit fixed. He and Marcie fixed me up! Francisco came back today.

He was able to fix my unit in just a few minutes, and he had my house cool once again. He is very knowledgeable, and was able to explain the services he was providing me. I will, as I have in the past, recommend Ray & Son's as the only AC company to use.

I submitted a request on their website when our heat went out over the weekend. I had expected to be contacted on the next business day, but within five minutes someone called. They offered to send someone out right then, but I opted to have them come out the following morning during normal hours. They worked me in to their busy schedule and were at my home by 9 AM.

The workers were professional and very polite and had my heat running within an hour. The cost was reasonable. Overall we had a really nice experience and I would recommend them above anyone else in the Valdosta area. Their entire staff is kind and professional, from the person returning after hours calls to the lady who called the following morning to let me know someone was coming and the technicians who worked on our unit. Great experience.

Francisco was quick to respond to my call when my elderly Mother's air-conditioning unit suddenly stopped cooling on Saturday afternoon. He quickly found the cause of the failure and explained in detail the options for repair or replacement as well as warranty options and finance/payment options if we opted for replacement. We couldn't have asked for better service or a nicer, more polite, professional technician to take care of our call. Then, true to his word, Monday morning Francisco brought out a small portable air conditioning unit to cool the living area that my mother spends the most of her time in for use on loan until they can get her new unit installed. My family has done business with Ray and Son's for many years, and care like this is the reason why! Thank you Ray and Son's!

Francisco did a great job! He was knowledgeable about his products. He did my maintenance and offered me solutions for my dust issues. They are reasonably priced and offer a maintenance plan that also gives you a discount off the price of an air unit that builds each year. He was very polite and did a great job!

Ray and Son was very quick to respond to our call. Our tech Francisco arrived not even 30 minutes after my husband called. He was very professional and helpful! As usually Ray and Son helped us get our air working in a very timely manner!
