Dependable Energy

We have used Dependable since our house was built in 06'. Everyone we have delt with from the office, delivery guys to service have been excellent. They have gone above and beyond for us and I personally owe more than a thank you to one of the delivery guys for somthing he did for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and prices. thank you!

First my furnace died in the summer.they fixed it and its a 50 year old furnace. Then my oil tank guage broke and I had less than an 1/8 tank.when it was 10 degrees out, I called and few days 8 am here! Finally, when the driver showed.he climbed over wood, a lawnmower and around trailer to get to fill, as I'm disabled and couldn't get help to move till next day. Dependable? How about Invincible!.Nice people.very pleased. Thank you. Truly.

I am so very pleased with the service I received from Dependable Energy. I called Dependable in December when we noticed it staying cool in the house. We thought the furnace was broken since we did not hear it kick on. Dependable sent a service tech out and discovered it was a broken thermostat and it was replaced in a half hour. We could feel the difference pretty quickly. And now that our heating system is working properly, we believe the thermostat was broken since last winter! Thank you Dependable Energy for our new found warmth!

We purchased our home in June ( without A/C)! We reached out to Dependable for more information on mini- splits! Glenn came to the house and we loved what we heard! From start to finish the process was seemless! The attention to detail, to listening to our concerns & answering all of our questions! Keith came out for the install and it was done in 2 days & immediately cool in our house on a 90 degree day! Keith was efficient & professional!

I was so hesitant with mini splits, bc of look and assumed they would be loud! I genuinely do not even notice the at all inside or outside and NEVER hear them! The entire staff was helpful from start to finish! It was refreshing to have Glenn take the time to examine our options ( having an old oil tank that needed replacing or change to propane or go mini splits). we 100000% are happy with our decision & love the services we receive!

I have been a propane and HVAC air installation/service customer for about a year and a half and am consistently satisfied with Dependable. Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable and I have never had a concern with them being in or around my home even if I'm not there. They generally have responded timely even in busy periods such as the dead of winter and after storms.

I know there have been instances where another company might have tried to upcharge me for equipment or services I don't need, but I feel Dependable has always been honest with me regarding what we need. Their customer service is top-notch, as well.

We rely on Dependable for our heating oil & furnace maintenance.& have been very pleased with the service and rates. We recently had a major failure of one of our central air conditioning units & gave Dependable and a couple other vendors a call. The failed system serviced our first floor and utilized the old R22 Freon coolant which necessitated replacement of the accompanying plumbing & heat exchanger, etc. Dependable offered a Heil unit and all additional hardware at a very reasonable price and a very prompt installation schedule. Who knew they were the best with AC too?
