Disappointing, called for a broken system that they installed years ago and finally they responded a few days later with ascuses. A quick return call would have been helpful.

My grandmother (88 years old) has been without heat for 2 days. She has called and my parents has called multiple times. Yet no answer. I dont know about you, but that is just not cool (pun not attended).

Always professional and responds quickly, very knowledgeable and always fair.

LaChance serviced our air conditioner after the compressor went out during a very hot week in August. The owner came out the same day we called and, even though a large portion of the repair wasn't going to be covered under the manufacturers warranty, ordered the part and returned THE VERY SAME WEEK so that we wouldn't have a miserably hot and humid weekend to live through.

Even more amazing was that once they discovered that the only way we could afford to pay for the labor and refrigerant was with a credit card that they didn't accept, they took the initiative to call the CC company and set themselves up as a merchant that same afternoon. After the work was finished very late in the day and our system was up and running well we were presented with a bill that was LESS than originally estimated! We're extremely pleased with this reliable company and will be using their services from now on.
