We scheduled our first six months check on our generator that was installed last September. This service was scheduled at the time of installation and was for 9:00 AM March 21st. On March 13th they call saying they will be out between noon and 1:00 PM on March 21st. We scheduled the 9:00 AM time for a specific reason. I don't like being bumped from the scheduled time when it was scheduled so far in advance. Poor customer service. Stephen Madden Blue Springs Mo

We have used this company for over 14 years. They are always very reliable and come when we need them to. Today was no exception. They were quick, reliable and honest as usual. Our technician Josh was amazing. So friendly.

Maybe they are good at some things, but DO NOT use them if you are purchasing a Generac generator. I purchased my 3200 Generac on November 19, 2020. They required 40% down payment and my sales "specialist" never mentioned that any type of delay was going to occur. It is now April 12, and I continue to be stonewalled about when my generator will be installed.

They promised it would be completed last week, but only one day did two technicians come out for a half a day and installed the gas line. I've never heard from them again, and my sales representative has never contacted me. The office finally did admit to me that at the time of my order in November, they knew their was a 3 to 4 month waiting list.

I would NEVER have plucked down a 40% down payment on something not being installed for 5+ months. I think I got really ripped off! I see positive reviews for other things they do, but they are not any good at generator installs.

Because they have great technicians that don't try to up sell you on things that you don't need. They are also reliable and honest.

We purchased a new build home and decided to keep CM Mose as our HVAC company since they installed it. We had never heard of them before but so happy we stuck with them. We had them out for a minor issue and then again for our semi-annual service and just today for an issue we were having keeping our bedroom warm. We have always had beyond friendly service.

This company finds a solution and makes sure you understand and that you are happy. I am always impressed. We do not wear shoes in our home and that is never an issue with them. They happily put on booties and remove them when they go outside then replace when they come inside. You would never believe how hard that it is for most companies to comprehend.

The office staff is exceptional as well. Always friendly and happy to work with your schedule and in a timely manner. We never have to wait long for service and we are given a reminder the day before via text and email. Once someone is headed to your home you are sent an email with the tech's picture and name. Highly recommend this company.

My power line was stuck by a branch ripping the meter out on Sunday evening. I called this company because it said 24/7. He was so nice on the phone having to explain it just wasn't possible to fix that day. He came the next day with a bid FAR lower than the others. Not one of the others was able to come for a week. They were kind enough to move things around and would come after work on Tuesday even though they were short handed.

But things didn't work out for that so they could only do Friday. She even called other customers on their schedule to see if anyone would be willing to delay. It's fixed, at the amount that was bid and even though they are far away, I will always call them when I need help! Thank you!

I asked for a 96% AFUE furnace to be installed and they installed a 95%AFUE instead. I found out after trying to get a rebate from Spire. They tried to make the excuse that I ordered a 95% AFUE furnace. I very explicitly ordered a 96% AFUE furnace and my 23yr old son witnessed my order. When I asked what happened it took 4 phone calls over a 3 week period.

On the first phone call they acknowledged that the furnace I got wasn't what I ordered. Then after being told that they would get back to me regarding this matter on repeated phone calls, they asked if I had proof in writing of what I ordered! I feel like I've been taken advantage of I paid for the furnace in full. I paid for one thing and received something different. Buyers beware! If I could give them negative stars I would!

When my furnace broke I only wanted one thing: someone to fix it. After a couple a frusterating phone calls I got ahold of CM Mose and Son. They were friendly on the phone, professional and clean in my house, and got me running for a price that I thought was totally fair. I won't hesitate to call them again nor to refer them to my friends.
