A week ago a broken compressor was found by one of the service techs at the home of my 83 y/o mother. She was told the part would have to be ordered, in the meantime they would bring over a window unit and install it until repairs could be made. Today two techs came and installed the parts ordered and mom's home is now back to normal.

Conrad Watson is kicking @%# and chewing bubble gum and they're all out of bubble gum. Very fair and honest, I purchased an entire system from them. Techs were prompt, clean, polite and masked.

Called this business for my 83 y/o dad. The gentleman said he would come on Monday of the next week & he did. He gave a quote & said he'd be back on Friday for the installation of the new equipment and again, did just what he said. I appreciate a business who are true to their word!
