Denney JF Plumbing & Heating

We have a Rinnai tankless water heater and they had parts on the truck, responded with a human voice on the phone, did what they said they would, arrived very timely and worked professionally and diligently until the problem was fixed. Absolutely what a service company should do without saying.

These guys have been awesome. They're fast, friendly, professional and most importantly honest. It's refreshing to get a repairman in that tells you how it is and what needs to be done and what you can wait on instead of trying to get every dime they can out of you. Definitely will be using these guys in the future I was very impressed.

Had JF Denney come out to do spring check on Air Conditioning. We recd another quote from Anthony Plumbing for several hundred $'s to fix our 12 yr old unit. I had JF Denney do the same check, to see if they both agreed on repairs needed. Same repairs w/less refrigerant from Denney was less than $200. We also have a Kinetico water softner with them. Excellent company to deal with.

We have used this company 3 times in the past year and they are always on time, professional and provide Excellent services at reasonable pricing. Our go to and would highly recommend. Bill and Daniel were very friendly and willing to work with homeowner peaking around as I like to know what's going on and learn things. They were very professional and helpful when there needed to be a change in location of the install. Unable to speak to the Rinnai system as of yet but the day after it is working for us. Hopefully it will give us many years of use.

Also a shout out to Kyle for always being willing to provide me with updates and answer my deluge of questions. I had them also install a water softener almost 4 years ago and that is working great and they were great to work with then as well. I don't know that I've had any negative contact with the JFDenney group of folks. Thanks again to all involved with my systems.

Great experience with JF Denny. Had a water softener and RO system installed. Jill was great to work with - very patient and answered all of my dumb questions. From estimate to finished installation, done in less than a week. Installer was great - very neat and clean install and cleaned everything up. Highly recommended!

Very respectful and nice workers, I called them out when we had a pipe burst in January and the work was done very quickly and had no complaints until 2 months later we received the bill for almost $500. After the work was done a second worker came out and told us that the person who had previously been there welded the pipe incorrectly. Then a supervisor came out to check everything (they were all incredibly nice and were great at explaining things) and we were told we would get an email with an estimate but never received one. 2 months later we received a bill via email for almost $500, that stated the first rep was there for 4 hours but that was not the case. Tried speaking with them about this since it was never mentioned previously that it would cost that much for the worker to weld the pipe and then leave after an hour.

If you are trying to get work done, get something in writing about how much it'll cost before hand and stay detailed because this bill was a shock, especially receiving it 2 months after getting the work done. Other than that we don't have a leak anymore so the pipe was certainly fixed, all that is left is a hole in the wall and a hole in my wallet!

The plumber was on time efficient and professional. Fixed my problem in less than thirty minutes and gave me good information on how to prevent the problem in the future. I also had a water softener installed.the installer was very professional and explained in detail the upkeep of the system that was installed. He was very polite and made sure everything was cleaned up after the work was completed. He was on time and his quality of work was unsurpassed! I have used JF Denny in the past and have always been satisfied with their work. I will recommend them to anyone looking for help with anything from remodeling bathrooms to plumbing and heating and air issues. 5 star service!

I have used JF Denny several times for different repairs. Each time I had great service from the moment I called to schedule the work to the employee coming out to fix it. Once on a Sunday I had an emergency and called and left a message. Joey called me right back and told me what to do to temporarily fix the issue so he wouldn't have to come out and then charge me the after hours fee thus saving me alot of money! I recommend using this company!

Plumbing services seem daunting, at least to me. I am always wary of these types of services and the cost they charge. Unfortunately there are just some things that I do not have the knowledge to do such as install a water softener. There are also items I refuse to do, such as installing toilets. So I contacted JF Denney Plumbing & Heating after finding them on Home Advisor.

I was in the market for a whole house water softener and Denay was prompt with her response and provided a quote online for the water softener. I also decided to change out all of the toilets in my home and Denay provided a very reasonable quote for the toilet installation as well. Denay, the water specialist also visited the house for a consultation and tested our water - this was greatly appreciated and I very much liked the little chemistry experiment she conducted to show the hardness level of our water in the house.

As far as pricing, I thought they were pretty competitive. There are lower cost water softener systems out there but and I did receive quotes on the low and high end. However, I was sold on Denay's presentation. I also was keen on the Kinetico systems because they run without electrical power. On the day of installation, Jared H. arrived on time and was very friendly and respectful of our home.

He was quick yet efficient of the install of the water softener. He also explained the entire system properly and answered all the questions we had about them. He was just as efficient when installing four toilets. He even brought up the entire packaged toilets upstairs and downstairs by himself without any aid. I was amazed at his strength and productivity so I would most definitely request Jared as your installer if you're looking at getting work done from JF Denney.

JF Denney installed a soft water system and a tankless water heater for us and we are very pleased. Chris Jones and Kyle were the main folks helping us and they are very knowledgeable and completed all concerns that we had. We love the systems and are very pleased with their expertise. We definitely would recommend JF Denney for all plumbing and heating and home water systems.

Deborah is horrible customer service rep for this company! We had work done by Denney and when the bill came we were overcharged for the materials and charged for a return fee to come back to the house to complete the job after the worker could not fix it the first time out. We were told there would be no return fee. The type of product that needed to be replaced was not made clear until the bill came out.

For the two products the bill was $438. I did some research and found that the same two products could be purchased new for 150 and 180 (that was high end.the cheap ones were 60 and 120). A difference of at least $100. This was not my biggest frustration. When asked about this discrepancy the lady (Deborah) on the phone became very short and rude.

She then hung up on me by transferring the call to another person's voice mail and telling me to leave a message with Joey. When I called back she would not take the call. I have rental properties in the area and next time we need heating or plumbing fixed we will not be calling Denney.
