So far so go with service. I had 2 separate projects that was serviced and I am satisfied with the service I received.

I will definitely use this company again. The technition that serviced my AC unit was very professional and polite. He even took the time to explain to me small details that I had no clue about. I was in my home alone and was very comfortable with him working on the inside unit. If you are a person that is leary of workers inside your home, then I would highly recommend this company. I wish I could remember the mans name. He had a lot of knowledge, patience and was very polite.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value The overtime rates begin at 3pm even if the dispatch occurred prior to 3pm. So you will still pay the overtime dispatch fee. The service manager will threaten to trespass on your property and undo the work completed when you're not home if you ask for an explanation of the rates or an itemized bill. Good service. Because of 2 hurricane and all disaster we where not able to schedule the 2 free clean on AC unit, but they kept their promised 2 free cleaning services even after the 1 year installations period without me reminding them. Called to have someone come out and diagnose what was wrong with my outside unit, gave the proper information that this was WARRANTY work to begin with. Technician explained that they do not do warranty work and said what was wrong with system, said it was $100 for his service call out and $250 for repair. He left with the payment of $100 and claimed we told him not to fix problem. Called their customer service and they said I would have to deal with my home warranty company to recoup my money. I will never use them again. The customer service knew that it was going to be through warranty work and screwed me out of $100.

Called Trouth when my aunt and uncle's air conditioner went out. They are in their 70s with medical issues including copd and the temperature quickly hit 80+ inside. The service department rep had no concern for them and said someone would be out but have no indication as to when (this was 9am). It took three more calls for someone to get there and that wasn't until the next day.

I would give them to stars of not for the service technician. He was extremely helpful. Diagnosed the problems within minutes (blower was burnt out). He was exceedingly polite and knowledgeable. It would not surprise me to know that the techs keep this business afloat.

Had a great experience with Trouth. When we came home from vacation late at night to discover our AC had went out while we were away. The answering service answered immediately and had a technician return my call within ten minutes & sent someone out first thing the next morning. I received excellent customer service from both the office staff and The tech who was very knowledgeable & professional.

Gene was great at keeping me informed of what was happening throughout the whole process. As soon as the part came in our tech Royce installed it and had it working in no time. Would highly recommend Trouth AC to anyone and will continue to use them ourselves!

I used Trouth AC to replace my AC/heating heat pump in 2019. I got several quotes & chose Trouth. They did an amazing job. In the heat of summer in super hot attic, they reconfigured duct work to cure a problem, and installed the new Trane a/c unit. The next year they came out to do a courtesy service check to make sure it was operating properly. I highly recommend Trouth.

In 2020 they came out for a repair caused by a leak from the hurricane and month-long power outage. The repair worked.no more leak. It's never cheap to have to hire a professional a/c or plumber, but it's good to know that at least you get quality work for the money, and that Trouth's prices are well within the average. I'll cont. to use them.

We are very happy with the maintenance work Tray did today. He was here for a long time and checked out everything thoroughly. He has done work at our house before and we are always happy that he takes great care in all he does.

Technician arrived in a timely manner. He was courteous and asked what problem we were having with our AC. After shutting off the power, he removed the electrical cover panel and noticed a wire burned off the contact relay. He retrieved a new contact relay and told me the price was $199.00. I told him to replace the broken part and asked him to check the Freon levels while he was here. He was very professional and left the area clean before he left.

The technicians Ryan and Brandon were terrific. They were on time and worked really hard to get the old furnace out and new one installed. They had super and very pleasant personalities. Ryan went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied with the installation. If I were Ryan's boss a bonus would be in order. Thanks Ryan and Brandon for making Trouth really shine. I will definitely speak highly of Trouth.

Excellent Service! They came to my residence right away, to address my AC issue. Other AC companies I've used in the past have always put me off, telling me that they don't have A technician available to address my AC needs at the time when I really need one. Highly Recommend! Been using Trouth now for a few years and am very pleased with this AC/Heating business and their friendly staff. A++
