Critical: Professionalism They came out and told me I needed a new system. Their price was high so I called Montgomery they came out made some adjustments and the unit is still working a year layer They charged me $55 for the "service call". Really? Service: Heating system repair

They are a good, reliable service. I have done business with them for years with no complaints.

Professional service, from the office staff making appointments to the service techs doing the service calls. The service guys are all very polite and respectful. They mind themselves about not tracking in dirt during inclement weather. The office makes appointments and the service guys keep them. It's not like you are told they will show up on a day and you sit around all day. Appointments are kept and the service guys themselves call and confirm that day.

My heating/air conditioning unit makes a noise. The fan on the unit stops when it rains then freezes up. They sent a person to check it out. I was told I needed a rain gutter because the run off water effects the unit. It's different then if it rains and water gets into. I have never heard anything so ridiculous. Water is water. So now I dont have the heat on when it rains. I freeze in my home after spending thousands on the unit. Not happy with Central and will never refer them.

A/C stopped working. We noticed neighbor was having their system serviced. Called them up to see if they could look at our system since they were close. Shortly later very nice gentleman shows up and promptly takes care of our problem. Excellent service all the way around!
