We used this company to repair our burner, replace our oil tank, and water heater. They replaced our water heater 2 years ago. We noticed only two years after it was installed it was shutting itself off. We paid $747 to have it repaired, because there warranty is only 1 year. A month later we noticed the exact same issue, we called them expecting to do the right thing and repair there work, they charged us again!
We paid since we were about to sell the house and had already moved to Philadelphia. I strongly regret giving them any business and want to write this review for any consumer who may make the same mistake.

Total Rip OFF! Stay AWAY! They charged me $438 to fix a leaky bathroom faucet.1st repairman arrives, claims he fixed it 10 minutes after he left leak is back WORSE than before.2nd repairman shows up with a child as his "Helper" says I need a cartridge ($9 Part On Amazon) returns a 3rd time to repair, This takes all of 5 minutes TOPS. I explained to him that he was here all of 5 minutes for $438? he just shrugged his shoulders. I called Rob the owner to see if he would help with the pricing No help at all! I feel totally ripped off.
