They were very professional from the people I spoke with in office and the guys that came out. They were on time and kept me informed during the process. I feel it is a good value for the price for what all I get. I'm very pleased that I called them and am now using them.

My parent's home A/C has not been getting cold for the last few weeks and with the the hot summer heat plus them being older - I wanted someone who could come out as soon as possible. I called them and they were super kind, friendly, professional and had someone to my parent's house within 30 minutes! They were very communicative and let me know everytime they left and came back to the house. Even making a payment over the phone (since I live in another city) was super easy. 10/10. My parents were super happy that things were fixed within a few hours of calling.

Evan and Don had the old unit out and the new one in and everything cleaned up by the end of the day. Would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use again. He addressed my concerns with the height of the A.C. checked it and gave me honest advice. Also made adjustment on the drain A.C. working great Very trustworthy.

The tech was very courteous and professional. He explained to me exactly what he was doing to my unit he also explained to me exactly what he saw and why he marked things the way he did the report. He explained to me about the yearly contract for two checkups a year and help me sort out options for how to get that done since I'm not here most of the year. He explained the process and the cost of replacing my unit when that needs to be done as well. Overall I was very happy with my technician and what he did.

Joel, was the service technician for our 6 month maintenance. He arrived as scheduled and did a thorough job serving the unit. We had been having problems keeping our air filter, located in ceiling, in place. Joel was nice enough to fix our problem by making a couple of metal brackets to hold air filter down. I'm sorry I had not shown him this problem before. Now I can change filter easily and quickly! Thank you again Joel for solving our problem!

I purchased a condo in Ft. Pierce and needed a new A/C system. Robert Grimes came out for the estimate and was very informative and helpful. After several estimates, I ended up choosing Grimes. The unit was installed in a timely manner and the 2 men that did the install were very nice and quite professional. They got the whole thing done in just over 4 hours!

Everyone that I encountered at Grimes was very helpful and courteous. They were the only estimate I got that gave me a few bucks off for paying cash and I really appreciated that. Robert also told me about the FPU rebate which none of my other estimates mentioned. I have already recommended them to my friends and family. They seem like a great "local" company.

We had Robert out to give us an estimate. He did a fantastic job of being on time and presenting the information to my wife so she could relay it to me while I was at work. We confirmed everything on Friday and they came out the next Monday morning to install the unit! Caleb and Josh came out on time and did an amazing job on the install! The only thing they didn't have was the UV light.

A tech came out today (Tuesday) and installed that! These guys are fast, affordable, and professional. My 2 year old son was amazed by the installers and kept following them around. He even gave them fist bumps before they left. You're not going to find a better A/C company than this. We will use them for all our A/C needs and recommend them to everyone!
