Called during a hot day with no air and 2 little kids. Tech cameout faster than he had said or I anticipated under the circumstances. Tech inspected/checked out my ac unit, said that it was dirty and cleaned it on the spot. No bs or bait and switch. Ridgeway is the real deal in 60143.

We used Ridgeway to replace a 25-year old A/C unit that failed at the beginning of summer. The unit installed was more efficient, the installers were professional and kept the work area clean. They also had to do some custom metal work, which was done well. They were reasonably priced and very helpful.
