Our hot water heater had died. Spoke with Bill about options and we went with a new tankless water heater, which was a great recommendation. They were out right away and the installation was professionally done. I would highly recommend them.

I woke up yesterday morning freezing, the inside temperature was in the low 50s. My thermostat was flashing an unfamiliar error code. I placed a call to Fox who sent a repair man to my home within an hours time. Unfortunately, I needed a part that he did not have on him or in the shop. Much to my surprise, he drove to the Trane dealer, purchased the part and fixed my heater same day!

During the time that Keith was trying to secure the part, Erica at the office kept me updated regarding the part and when the repair would be made. Talk about going over and above, especially since the temperature will be 18 degrees tonight. Thank you again!

Nate was excellent.fixed my ac super fast and in time for the upcoming heatwave. Nate was very curtious and wore a mask and shoe coverings without asking. I initially paid a tech $300 and after he left my air was still not working. Nate fix my ac then waited to ensure it did not go off. Superb service all around. We needed a mini-split due to our converted Attic to Master Bedroom. Fox HVAC came promptly to the rescue. From start to finish, we were kept updated on the install, the electrical install & how to operate. Bill and his team were very neat and did a great job. We can now sleep comfortably. Billy Fox made the process of selecting the right AC/heating system very easy. He is professional, straight forward, and is very thorough. He also seems to hire like minded people as the experience we had from the scheduler, Erika, to the entire crew were top notch. This company is well run. The crew were spotless, worked quietly (I work from home, so that was important), and they too are all clean cut & professional.

The AC/Heat works flawlessly. I waited 2 months to write this review so I could give a fair assessment. The energy consumed/cost has decreased by 15% from years prior during the same time period. Between that factor and the excellent finance rate of 0%, it's clearly an investment we were happy to make. Going forward we will be using Fox Heating/AC for the annual maintenance. Thank you Billy & crew for making the entire experience one we have not regretted!

If you're looking for an HVAC company I highly recommend this company. There was not ONE person I spoke to who wasn't professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The owner even came out to check on the job. From the ladies behind the scenes to the installers.everyone was amazing! We used their financing that was seemless and my new AC unit is running like a champ! Just like they promised me. They are local, all the products were made in the US (love that)

My water heater was working, but nearing the time to be replaced. I was scheduled for installation of a new water heater next week, but my water heater died overnight. I called the office this morning and within hours there was a team at my house with a replacement. Thanks to the Fox team for a speedy, efficient, and professional job!

Last night I noticed my digital thermostat wasn't working. I called William C. Fox Heating & Air Conditioning who installed my heating & A/C system a few years ago. Within 10 minutes of calling the answering service, Howard Fox called back & was at my house within 30 minutes. He found the problem of a faulty condensation pump & replaced it with a. new pump that he had in his truck. Everything is working fine now with no problems. Great service, knowledgeable technician & stock replacement parts on hand after hours makes a great company! Thanks again.

As a previous person mentioned, we also had a rheem hot water tank need replacing. Such unprofessionalism by both scheduler and owner bad mouthing rheem after admitting that rheem kept them in business during covid. Lied about manufacturer canceling claim to replace our tank and said he hates rheem and they suck as a company. Refused to help us any. further with the replacement after a full week of no hot water. Unfortunate, cause our technician was awesome and we were gonna use them to replace our tri zone hvac system.

That's definitely not happening now and as a family of essential employees we will be sure to spread the word to our colleagues and friends to stay far far FAR away from this despicable company.

My wife and I hit the jackpot with Fox Heating & Air Conditioning. Bill spent a few hours with us explaining our options and the cost of the different brands without pressure or overselling. After we made a deal and agreed on a date for installation his crew was right on time and came every day until the job was completed. Installing a unit in the attic is a serious job and it takes a few days.

Bill & his crew were professional, personable and respectful of our home. Most of his guys and office staff have been with him for years, and to me that says everything. I also love buying from LOCAL companies that have a long tradition in the area. In a nutshell, the quality of the Trane system they offered at that price point and the way the crew went the extra mile to install it to meet our unique needs made for a great experience.

We had four other HVAC companies come in with quotes! We bought from William Fox for a reason! Better quality manufacturing, (you can see & hear it) and an excellent warranty. I don't do reviews as a rule but I believe in good quality companies and the people who love the job they do!

I highly recommend this company. I needed to replace the entire HVAC system and HW heater. The entire Fox team was professional, incredibly informative and helpful in all of the process, beginning to end. From the start Howard and Bill took time to answer my endless questions and comparisons, explain systems and options. The installation team did a. fantastic job on all levels.

Terrible experience with this company! I had two service techs out to repair a brand new Rheem hot water heater. The techs were not trained proper, couldn't repair it, and decided the HWH needed to be replaced. On the day they were supposed to replace it, Erica from their office called, lied to me and said Rheem never sent the warranty paperwork. and they couldn't install it.

I was then told Rheem doesn't pay them enough for warranty work and I needed to pay $200 to have the new HWH replaced. I notified Rheem immediately and the HWH replaced by another company. I am so disappointed with this company and such unethical behavior! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

An outstanding A/C heat pump system, and beautiful work installing it. Before the installation, I had to wonder if it was going to be as good as I'd been told by Mr. Fox. The answer: yes-- if anything it was better. During the installation, the guys were all incredibly helpful and professional. The system itself is extremely easy to use and incredibly energy-efficient. I would not hesitate for one moment to recommend this company, and this equipment, to anyone considering an upgrade in their heating and cooling.

We had to have emergency service when we bought our house the week we moved in. We found this company as a local, reliable, well mannered and highly recommended company. Follows all health and safety codes and helped us understand the scope he was able to do under his licenses. Very detail oriented and upfront with the any billing and permit questions. Since our experience was so pleasant I have had them service my parents and grandparents homes as well.

A technician came out today to repair our central air conditioning unit. He was courteous, professional and completed the repair quickly. Also, this past weekend, I had received a phone call from the owner, Bill, the same day I left a message about my issue. He was very helpful on the phone and did some troubleshooting with me, to see if the problem could be fixed easily. I am very happy with the repair that had to be done and would recommend William C. In this day very rare to find customer service as we just received from Fox heating and air. While here for a totally different problem Howard explained to me why we were always cold downstairs but hot upstairs. Our last heater that was put in the house was way to big for the size of our house, it was heating the air so quick that it would shut the thermostat off to soon.

Who knew? We ended up getting new heat and air and what a difference! The crew that came here was so professional and answered all our questions without hesitation, I highly recommend them for any heating and air service you could need, THANK YOU Bill and staff

Placed Condenser on blocks. Results is that the condenser is tilted. He said it was within tolerance. Instructions says it should be level. Lied to numerous agencies about the situation. Fast talker who promised 3 years of service, didn't put it in the contract, and have not seen him since.

This is the worst company to have do your HVAC system. They are way over priced. And lie straight faced to you. They said a vent was illegal the way it was. But then they put it back the same way rather then do more work after charging a higher price supposedly because they had to move the vent?!?!?!?! Don't trust them. They lie!
