Reaume Heating and Cooling is a West Michigan based heating and cooling company that puts their customers first. We know that when your air conditioner goes out in the middle of the summer, you need help, and you need it now. We service, repair, and install all makes and models of air conditioning units, and with more than 40 years in the industry, we can fix any AC issue quickly and correctly.
Imagine, it's the middle of winter, temperatures below zero, and you wake up at 5:00 AM, and your house is freezing cold. Your furnace has gone out. So maybe you start a fire in the fireplace, turn on a lantern, or plug in a backup space heater, but you next step is to call a local heating professional.
Winter is practically Michigan's middle name. Unfortunately, with winter comes dry indoor air that is only made worse by the heat we have on 24/7. The more you heat your indoor air, the more moisture gets sucked out of it, which is what starts the nosebleeds and dry skin. However, these aren't symptoms you just have to deal with all winter.
Do your kids catch a lot of colds? Can't seem to shake that runny nose? Got itchy eyes even after allergy season? Chances are the cat's not the one to blame. Believe it or not, your indoor air quality can have a big effect on your at-home health. And the way you control your indoor air quality is to control your air filtrations system.

I just had them install a new furnace in my house they did a outstanding job. I would have gave 5 stars but I told them when I got a qoute that water leaks threw all the cracks in my 180 year old cellar. They installed it and put it right on the floor in the pit. I was bummed and thought I still won't be able to have heat in spring when it leaks. Luckily they have thier work inspected and the inspector had them raise it which they did in a timely manner.

WOILD NOT recommend. Had a new furnace installed, down in my crawl space they put the ductwork to low to the ground it gets flooded down there (hence the new furnace) they unplugged my sump (which they denied doing), in turn made it flood and the water pulled my insulated ductwork off the furnace. They told me they were going to charge me another 1000 dollars to fix, after paying 6000 for a brand new furnace to be installed right.
Also when I had a different company come out to fix it, they told me that my dryer vent was not hooked back up to the outside of the house (it was right next to the hole they had to cut into the foundation to install the furnace). So, I WOULD NOT recomend Reaume, instead go with Air Serv out of Grand Haven, they are more prompt and have MUCH better and friendlier service.

I've used this team on two occasions with AC issues (old system) in the past two years and then had my furnace go out on a frigid winter nite recently. In all cases I found them professional, fair, transparent, and had a sense of urgency. With the furnace, they had me running with a new unit in less than 24 hours at a fair price. Feeling very comfortable I selected Reaume upon my move to GH.

We were going on a vacation the next day (with over 90s in the forecast at home) and we saw that our air conditioner wasn't working. Randy came over at 8pm to fix it without another thought! We wish we could give him more than 5 stars at it would've been terrible to delay or vacation and/or come back to a very stuffy house.

We've used Reaume years now, and he's always done quality work at a fair cost for us on our heat unit, ac, and HWH replacement. It's really crappy for people who DID NOT use his company to give a bad review on this company based on an estimate and never had work done. We have hired him at multiple locations many times and always been impressed with the quality of the work, fair cost and HONEST work estimates.

I had the owner, Randy, stop by the house for an estimate to modify some ductwork for the basement I'm finishing for my family. Randy is a nice guy and it's obvious he knows what he's talking about, but be advised, get a second estimate! His estimate came back at $1,950. I thought it sounded a little steep so I called French Heating and Cooling in Grand Haven. For the same job, $780!

We have a water boiler and this year noticed that the unit was on, but the upstairs wasn't heating up. Called Reaume and the serviceman said it was the pump which cost $400 to replace on a follow-up visit. A couple of days later, same issue. On the next visit he said it was a switch to one of the zones upstairs and that cost $273. We left for vacation and a week later come home to a freezing house with the same issue.
As I should have done in the first place, I asked a neighbor who is in the business to look at it. He pumped some pressure into the system, flipped a switch and 5 minute later the problem is solved.
