I just want to say how thankful I am to your company! We had not had air-conditioning since last summer. We'd had three other companies come out, each of which charged over $200 for a service call, did a small little repair that did absolutely nothing to help the problem and each told us we needed an entire new unit. This was completely not an option for us because I had just got back to work last week due to my work being shut down for Covid since March.
My dad, Larry Calvert, said he has always used you guys and you were the best. I called on Wednesday I believe and someone was here by Friday. He was very professional and I think he said he released a little Freon and replaced a corroded panel and we had a cool house within two hours and have had no problems since. It had been a miserable summer because my husband is disabled and we have twin two-year-old grandsons that are here a lot of the time and as hard as they play their hair was constantly dripping with sweat and we were all having trouble sleeping at night it was so hot and humid, even the dogs were miserable.
You guys will be the only company we use from now! I've also recommended your company to three others looking for an AC repair company on Facebook since Friday. We used this company last year to service our two heat pumps. Although it was almost $1200 for what most would charge $600-$700, I thought it was worth it because the tech they sent out seemed professional and thorough. After a lot of consideration, we've decided to have our electric units replaced with LP, so I called them to come out for a quote. Gary returned my call and from the beginning was trying to talk me out of "such a large job." He then hung up on me when I pointed out he was just blowing me off by wanting to give a price over the phone instead of come out and give an actual quote.
Don't waste your time with this company! I guess they don't need other business when they get their money by over charging for simple services. Edit/Update: Awful that they replied the same thing they have to all of the other bad reviews.(unless they've since changed it).misunderstanding or confused with other company or we've never talked with you.
This makes them look even worse for not keeping good records to see who they've talked to and worked for. I still have MY paperwork but they don't have record of it?!?! Beware!.what if you ever need warranty work?. "Sorry, we've never worked for you or been to your home.must be a miscommunication." Bad business practice.

I've called to schedule a cleaning, got a mailer from them but never heard back from my message. I actually wanted to get a new furnace as well but the receptionist was extremely rude pretty much forced me to go with another company Bullock & I'm very happy now so I guess it worked out for the best. I would not recommend them for the sole reason you can get through or past that awful receptionist.

Poor experience. First call out in June diagnosed my issue as a leak in the fill valve. No other check, for leak, etc. I was billed to fill system and time spent to perform the work. Service tech out again less than 2 months later, same issue. Now leak test performed and leak is found. My opinion leak was in the system first time around and asked that they cover the charge of added refrigerant on the second visit.
Thinking that if the testing, etc. was done the first time out, second visit and additional refrigerant would not have been necessary. Owner would not listen to this reasoning.period. Unit was repaired, leaked fixed, no issue with this. Just felt some relief should have been given per my comments on the lost refrigerant. This alone was 260.00. About half this amount for refrigerant the first time out. All the above said I will not be utilizing the services of this group going forward.
