We have never felt better about spending such an amount of money with a company. We had to replace our furnace and heat pump and after many bids and botched orders we contacted Carlson's. From the initial consult to installation and follow-up everyone from Carlson's was knowledgeable, professional and KIND. Great company, wish they had been our first call.

Critical: Punctuality Horrible unprofessional service. On 2 different occasions we made appointment for them to come service our system and never showed up. Called to see where the techs were at an just gave us the ring around. Will not be using them again!

We bought our first home this year, being new homeowners we've never had to deal with repairs. Twice in the first two months are heating system went down. During our first cold snap this season and our first snow day (18° outside!). Both times we were able to get same day service, Andrea was VERY helpful and was able to get a tech out to us ASAP. Dimitri was our technician on both calls.

He was very professional, identified the issues quickly, and explained what had happened and the measures he took to fixit and prevent it from happening again. Very happy with Carlsons heating and cooling. We will definitely be using their business for annual maintenance and future repairs.

Absolutely awful. Had them come out twice to find out what our A/C issue was months ago. Charged a whopping $1,000.00 just to find out what issue we had. Came up with a couple problems and they never actually helped us with a solution. Said they would send quotes since we were told we needed a brand new unit. Never sent any quotes and we still don't know what the final issue with our unit was. Will Never use these people again.

Not sure what the plan itself is called exactly but we pay Carlson's a fee for two annual inspections of our HVAC system to ensure everything is working properly before the hot and cold season. Edward has been our HVAC tech for the past 3 years. I should have written a review sooner as he's always been professional, courtesy, on time and very knowledgeable.

Our central air stopped working during the recent heatwave we experienced in the Pacific Northwest. Cold air still flowed but it was obvious something was wrong. Edward came out to inspect it (hole in our a/c line) and then returned a few days later to repair it. He arrived on time and the same as he always was - fantastic. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU DID for us!

I'd give them 100 out of 10 stars they went above and beyond to get our A/C going right before this heat!

Our heat pump went out Tuesday and they did everything they could to order the part needed AND have it fixed by Friday, just before our record high temps for the weekend. My super fluffy dogs and I appreciate it more than you could ever know!

Technician arrived on time and put on shoe coverings anytime he was inside my house. My system is approximately 10 years and has been maintained annually by Carlson's. Our system continues to function well saving me money with heat pump savings. The technician appears to thoroughly checkout the inside and outside units of the system. He was courteous and gave me recommendations that are helpful to ensure the system continues working well. I will not hesitate to have Carlson's perform the annual maintenance again next year and recommend this company to others.

Outstanding company with great products. Carlson's Heating and Air installed our new Daikin furnace and heat pump one year ago. The installation team did a great job and stayed late to make sure the job was completed that day. They just did the annual maintenance and they displayed the same professionalism and knowledge as when it was first installed. Carlson's is a great company with outstanding employees.

Carlson employees have been courteous and efficient each time we have used them. Robert, the technician, was here with a trainee. Also gave me some pointers on the digital control and other related topics to do with the heat pump and heater. I recommend Carlsons for all H Vac needs.

They came out to our house to look around and were very friendly as well as professional. Our pittie boxer dog even approved of the man who came to our home, which tells me all I need to know about them. Will definitely use their services in the future and recommend them to anyone who needs heating and or cooling services for their home. I rated them five stars, but they definitely deserve 10 stars

Carlson installed a new ductless heating and air conditioning unit. They did exactly what they bid and did it for the price they gave. Everything from instalation to clean up was done perfectly. The unit has worked great and I couldn't be more satisfied. I highly recommend them and give them the highest rating I can.

A/C. And the tech went right to the problem and replaced the capacitor within a few minutes and problem was fixed.a little spendy but it was fixed. Thanks

I bought a house in Longview just over a year ago. The heat pump was living on borrowed time as it was 18 years old. I dreaded replacing the heat pump and air handler because it's expensive a dozen things could go wrong during installation. After doing my homework, I chose Carlson's to provide and install a Daikin heat pump and air handler. I am so glad I did.

The scheduling went like clockwork. Michael and Chris arrived on time and after a couple of minutes of discussing the project, I left the house for the day. When I returned, the new heat pump was installed and everything was put back right where I left it. You couldn't tell anything had happened except that the heat pump/air handler were different.

More importantly, everything is working great. The house is warm and comfy and the two units are QUIET. I highly recommend Carlson's for their professionalism, promptness, and attention to detail.

We just had our heating system serviced and it was overall a very positive experience. The technicians were pleasant, fast and efficient. I would recommend them to Friends and family and will call them with our next HVAC needs.
