Marco's Heating & Refrigeration

Over charged considerably for everything, Marcos hooked up a new hot water heater, turned on the gas but not the water and just left! Extremely dangerous then totally overpriced took my landlord for a ride, never again!

These guys rock! On a Friday late afternoon Marco answered the phone immediately, directly and dispatched a member of his team who was at my door in less than 5 minutes. Then he immediately saw and resolved the problem with my water heater. And so friendly and professional. These guys are my new go-to contractor/handyman!

Marco put in a tankless heater for us and we are thrilled. The newer technology he recommended is working wonderfully. His crew was very gracious & professional. We had a non emergency, and it did take some time to get parts, etc - but once it was in, it worked & worked great.

These guys are great. With our boiler out and pipes leaking, we called Marcos and Jake arrived that morning (9-ish) and got to work. Boy, with 17 years of experience, Jake know his stuff! He went beyond the immediate issues, identified and repaired things on this 10-year old system that were future disasters waiting to happen. He carefully explained and showed us each in a way we clearly understood. One of the best in Durango!

For a Quick Response, Marco's cannot be beat! I called. ( on a Saturday evening no less) and left a message that I needed to replace a water heater. On Monday morning Marco contacted me and the work was finished that same day. I had neglected to mention that I live in a mobile home which apparently requires different heaters. Once Jake ( the service tech) arrived he uncovered other issues due to the age of the heater and had to locate various assorted pipes etc.

He made several calls to find the correct parts and certainly spent a good amount of time and effort to get it done right and I am extremely satisfied "Fast, Friendly, and very professional" I would not hesitate to use Marco's again.

Scenario.middle of winter, cold snap, and the furnace goes out. We were new to the area and had no idea who to call. One company came out and a quick fix got the furnace running--for two days. We couldn't get hold of them again, so tried Marco's. They came out quickly and had the furnace running pretty quickly and charged us less than the first place did for inferior work. We now make sure to have Marco's service our furnace in the fall before the cold weather hits. Friendly and professional!

Marcos Heating & Refrigeration and they came out the same day and did honest work without haggling or gouging. As a side note: I had called another company first because they were located closer to my residence and I thought they could swing by quicker, however, they quoted me nearly 10x what I paid with Marcos and they kept me waiting for an entire day before i finally called at 4pm to see what the status was and was told that they had over booked and they could be by the following day. Ugh. I called Marcos and the work was completed in a professional manner at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend this business!
