Having the same experience as the client below. Our system was installed a year ago and has never worked properly. We were told by the installation manager Mark it was poorly designed. Unfortunately he is no longer with the company. After dozens of visits from various technicians, who also acknowledged the design issues, it still does not work properly.

They sent the new installation manager who acknowledged several problems, promised to get us up and working properly. That was a month ago and we have had no further follow up nor a response to either our emails or calls to the General Manager Monica. Would NOT recommend doing business with this company particularly if their GM is unresponsive.

A+ installed 2 new units at our house in Supply yesterday. They were fantastic! The service personnel arrived on time with prior notification by text which included names and pics of service personnel that were going to be here. The installation went smoothly and they had both units installed within 6 hours. Jerry, Kolben, Lee, Michael & all techs were friendly and had all the answers to all the questions we had. They installed 2 Ruud units and they are so much quieter than the old units. We are very satisfied with the installation & crew.

We have always had fast & courteous help from this company. The service people are great & take their time to explain everything!

Shoreline has been a great company to work with when my old unit crapped out in the middle of the summer. They not only helped with the financing of the new unit, they keep in touch with me to make sure I was happy with the new install. I just had the unit serviced, and Dave was great, especially with his knowledge! Extremely friendly and valued my time and home by making sure he didn't track in any dirt. Great salesman!
