Had to call my natural gas supplier for service guard work. They determined I needed to have my A-coil on furnace cleaned. They gave me a recommended name and number suggestion, said if I called the big name places like Stewart or Weber, it would be around $800.00. Their recommendation would probably charge around $300.00 to $400.00. I contemplated using the cheaper place, but previously this past summer I had Weber replace an air conditioner condenser motor, they were quick to show, and it was on a Sunday I believe, and did it for what I thought was a good fair price.

We find that when Furnaces, Air Conditioning Systems, Boilers, Refrigeration Systems or Ice Machines fail or break down, over 50% of the time it is because of an improper installation. Often times this is improperly engineered ductwork, improper refrigerant charge or settings, improper line sizing, improper vacuuming (of the refrigerant system), failure to nitrogen purge during welding and a whole host of other errors. Stephen Weber officially joined the company in 1990. After having worked every department including janitor, dispatcher, service tech, installer, clerical and sales, Stephen is currently our General Manager. We had some service done yesterday by one of your guys named Noe. He was very friendly, kind, polite, stayed later than expected to figure out a difficult problem with our AC. Just wanted to pass along our thanks and a good recommendation for his Customer Service. Every year several of the major news agencies run an undercover sting operation to test the honesty and Integrity of Heating and Air conditioning companies. The results vary finding that Between 50% and 100% of the repair people are dishonest.

Even though my air conditioning unit was working properly, Caleb did find that the coils on the inside of my outside unit were clogged up and he was surprised that my unit was still working at the rate it was. He cleaned them and showed and talked me thru the process and said that I should be able to feel a difference inside the house. He was also nice enough to let me know about a program for individuals that are up in age which Weber comes out and checks on the unit once a year to make sure that everything is in proper running order. Weber also called me about my appointment and gave me a good lead time to get home and meet Caleb at my house. I want to compliment Caleb and Weber's are a good well done. Caleb was very personable to visit with. Thank you.

During the night we noticed the heating system was not working correctly. Called Webber's at 8 am, by 10 am J R was in the drive. J R ask about the problem, and listen to my thoughts. Systematically he diagnosed the problem, and kept me informed as he progressed. The needed part was not on his truck but it was in stock at Webber's. It has only been 24 hrs, since the repair, but it was 5° last night and the havc system is back to normal. A big THANK YOU and a JOB WELL DONE to J R and Webber's. Fast service, reasonable prices, knowledgeable and courteous technicians.

I had a furnace installed in the summer mainly for a new humidifier. They did not install it correctly. This is the second visit bc it is not working right. Spencer took the time to figure it out. It was installed incorrectly. He got it going but will come back to fix it properly. He did an excellent job and was conscientious!

Hector came to our home and diagnosed our recent issue. He explained the problem and discussed the parts required to repair. Weber installed our AC condenser many years ago and always show up within the time frame they estimate. However, our recent issue had nothing to do with the equipment or work they had done previously. Very happy with their professionalism and service. Will continue to use them without a second thought.

70 year old mother had a new heating and Ac unit installed in the fall. When she went to use the Ac again as the days grew warmer it did not blow cold air. The reply was there would be a two week wait and a hefty service call bill. I would not recommend this company. I even tried to reach out to management.

They revamped our outdated pneumatic system (which had very few comfort level options in our large office building) and converted it all to an updated system that our entire staff can be happy with. Weber Refrigeration came out within an hour to check what was wrong with my AC unit. When he said we needed a new unit, I was a little panicked and worried about the cost. The serviceman was reassuring and told me about possible financing available. After speaking to Chris, our unit was ordered and scheduled to be instant the very next day! The installers were so professional and courteous that the dogs even liked them before they were finished! Thanks for your prompt quality service!
