When I have a problem or question about my HVAC they either send someone out as soon as they can or if it is something not so important they answer my questions over the phone. They are very good at what they do & they are good to work with. It's nice to have this group in Kearney where heat & A/C is so important. A tech arrived within an hour of my phone call and fixed the problem in just one visit. Their office staff are friendly, polite, and helpful. I've been using Fiddelkes's for 20 years in my own home and my rentals. They are knowledgeable and professional. I will continue to use them and encourage friends and family to use them also. I called the heating and air company for a quote the receptionist was nice and directed me to the person that would meet me at my residence and give me a quote the technician that met me was knowledgeable and gave me all the information that I needed right now I'm just trying to make a decision weighing all the variables. At this point I have no problem recommending this company to anyone because so far they've given me great service.

I called and left message before they opened with answering service. I got called back right after they opened and a knowledgeable technician was here within 30 minutes. He knew the exact issue and dad had heat back on in 15-20 mins. I don't call anyone else for heating air conditioning. Service: Heating system maintenance

Our furnace was not working. Technician came out promptly. He was very polite and was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly. He also provided advice on how to prevent future issues. Evidently drywall dust from a recent renovation was clogging up the filter, and we need to check it more often. This was in addition to a worn out part that he easily replaced. I have always had great service from Fiddelke.
