Had a mini-split air conditioner installed yesterday. The installation team (Dave and O.J.) were polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Installation went quickly and smoothly. Looks great and quickly cooled down the area. They answered all our questions and the areas (both indoors and outside) were left spotless. This was a job well done and I would recommend Caron Heating to anyone needing work done.

Caron is the best! Nate came out today to conduct annual maintenance on my AC system. He is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough and took the time to explain everything including some test results on the unit. Meghan who works in the office is so great to work with! She called a day before to confirm everything and is so responsive with any questions I have. If you have any HVAC needs, you must call Caron! They will treat you right.

Caron recently did an installation of a mini split and heat pump system at our home and we could not be happier. The experience was excellent with great customer service and workmanship. Rick and Stacy were very helpful in educating us on installation process and navigating the Mass save rebate program. The techs that did the installation were hardworking, professional, and were always willing to take the time to answer any of our questions. The service performed today was the annual maintenance of a heating system. Caron Heating installed the system, I believe 3 years ago. The installation was done professionally on time, on schedule with no surprises. Since then they have maintained the system on an annual basis. The technicians that come out are always polite, professional, clean up to themselves and answer any questions I may have. I highly recommend Caron Heating for any heating air conditioning or HVAC needs you may have.

We lost our heat overnight, and woke up to a cold house. I called Caron Heating & Cooling for help. The person that answered was very nice and understanding, and did everything she could to help. They arrived almost 4 hours early, and got us back up and running in 10 minutes! The tech was very knowledgeable and gave us some great advice! We are new to our home, and he was very helpful in getting us acclimated to using this unfamiliar system. Great service, and I will be sure to recommend them to everyone I know!

They gave my wife and I a quote we like and a date to install within a week. The installers were punctual, respectful, clean and very friendly. They did an amazing job installing our mitsubishi mini split. Very thorough and explained every little thing they were doing. We will definitely be using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone as well.

Extremely honest and responsive. They didn't just jump to replacing everything at a high cost. They took the time to figure out what was actually wrong with my heating system and returned several times within 2 days of my initial call to ensure that everything was working correctly. Office staff was very friendly and followed up to ensure that everything went well. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend that you do too!

I've used Caron H&C a few times. My first experience was so good I actually signed a maintenance contract under which they come out twice a year -- once each to inspect/service my A/C and heating system. Recently my boiler died on me and instead of using the company my home warranty provider tried to send, I took the money and had Caron do it.

Why go through the extra paperwork, time, and bother? I trust them. Their employees are polite, respectful, and clean up after the job. Not once have I ever felt they were doing anything "just to do it" and jack up the charges. I heartily endorse them.

Welp, These Guys saved my butt again! My water heater stopped working. Fortunately it gave us an error code that pointed us to the part we needed. A thermal fuse. We have a Noritz tankless natural gas water heater, not quite as available as the Rinnai parts so it took a few suppliers to find the part. but once we got it the Caron guys came over The next morning and got it running in less than 2 hrs!

The 2 techs they sent were very knowledgeable and experienced even tho this isn't a widely owned unit. Chris (the owner) even came by himself to make sure it was working properly before they left. We also got a discount on the repair because we have a service contract with them for the house so that was awesome! Great job again guys! Thanks!
