Comfort Gallery is a family-owned business that started as a showroom name of a larger business. In 2004, the owner sold the larger business and created Comfort Gallery, LLC. Paul purchased the business from his father in 2013 when he decided to retire. Before that, Paul started in the family business as a young child cleaning the shop in an effort to save money to buy a dirt bike.
Our specialists work to provide our commercial and residential customers with affordable solutions. Critical: Professionalism When asked if he could change a part on our furnace he said he couldn't take the work because he couldn't tie a tech up for all day and didn't have the man power. Someone else came here and did it in 2 hours, 1 man So not only are they supposedly not taking new customers he's a liar too. Don't bother.

We talked to one of the main competitors of comfort gallery and the first thing out of their mouth was, sorry we can't make it out there for over a month. We then called Comfort gallery and Tom was out two days later with some of the best customer support and service work you'll find. We thought our fireplace worked well until he got done with it and it exceeds our expectations would highly recommend Tom and comfort gallery.

Tom did a very professional and excellent job on our Majestic fireplace maintenance and repair. We moved to the Wausau area in Oct. and knew our fireplace wasn't working to its full potential. Comfort Gallery was suggested as a reliable source for our needs. Tom was prepared when he walked through the door and we now have a fully functioning fireplace. Restored to its original beauty. Tom replied to my online inquiry of an 18 year old Majestic fireplace pilot that wouldn't stay lit. Through conversation we scheduled an appointment to install new thermopiles. Tom also went through the entire fireplace cleaning and restoring it to better than original setup and appearance. Just paid 100 dollars for a guy to just LOOK at my furnace. Very upset. Update: tried to give them a second chance and they turned me down because of my google review from 5 years ago. I hate your business twice as much and will forever discourage people from calling you. Update 2: It looks like you don't even know why your technician came over. I said I wanted to confirm that it was the blower making the noise when they arrived. Then I repaired it. What did he do in my basement for that price exactly? I'll make the repairs myself (again)

My husband and I went to multiple fireplace stores around the area. After poor service at other locations we were dreading the entire process. Thankfully, the moment we contacted Comfort Gallery they took care of us wholeheartedly. From the first day when someone met us after hours to view their showroom we were impressed. Pricing was completely transparent and reasonable.

I needed a new vent blower for my furnace, the company that installed it closed early for the holiday weekend and was no help at all. Called the comfort gallery and they helped out tremendously. They didn't have one on hand but called their supplier and got one for me, then they dropped it off at my house for me. NOW THAT'S SERVICE! My furnace would have never made through the weekend. These guys are great!
