Jaime is a very personable young man who greets the customer with a smile! He called several times in advance of his arrival and arrived on time. We chatted a bit about the service and then he headed up to the roof to check things over. When he had completed the service, he spoke to me about the age of the AC system and the condition of said system.
Couldn't have been better! It was like having a friend take care of your air conditioning system, and even better, a friend who knows what he's doing! This was my first time using Ambient Edge, but based on my experience with Jaime, I will be a repeat customer for sure.

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. When employees to take the time to praise the owner/boss, you know you are working with good people. We have used ambient edge since we have lived in henderson and ALL of their technicians have been great. They are highly professional and all have been trained very well. They came to our house for a late night call yesterday, it was blazing hot day and the AC gave out and they came out at 9:45pm and stayed all the way until almost 2am to make sure our parents had cool air. Jaime and Larry showed genuine concern for our parents and went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed. We appreciate this level of service and we acknowledge that work ethic is a rare thing these days. Thank you Ambient Edge for continued excellent service of the years!

We had two new AC units installed with a new heating system. The two crews (Larry & Chris) the first day and (Manuel and Xavier) the second day. They all were professional, knowledgeable, and had a great work ethic. I would definitely hire them again if I ever needed any work on my air and heating systems. Ambient Edge you really have a fabulous group of men that are a major asset to your company.

Manuel and Javier did a great job installing our new AC unit. They were punctual, efficient, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was working properly before they left. Wanted to have my air conditioner installed by Lowes as my mother had used them and got a real good deal. So I scheduled a appointment and they sent this company out to give me a quote. Kyle was the name of the guy who came from a company called Ambient edge. He acted amazed at the terrible job the previous owner had done installing the broken unit.
Mind you it was over 20 years old before it quit, so it did its job. But he was saying how out of code it was and it was going to be very hard to fix the problems when installing a new one. After bashing my old machine he came in the house that was at a temp of over 100 degrees to do his quote. When he was finished I was amazed that his price for total install with a Lennox unit would be $12.189.00 for a 1100 square foot manufactured home! Lowes should cut ties with this terrible company.
The company that installed my mother's unit was not Ambient edge and did it at a competitive price. But Ambient edge will hurt Lowes in the long run. To top it off he said he couldn't even have a unit for up to 3 weeks with Temps soaring close to 120 degrees. I got a quote by a local installer that's been in Boulder City for 40 years.
They were half the price, had a carrier unit the next day completely installed to code for exactly half the price of these rip offs Ambient Edge. Stay clear from these scammers. I have also contacted Lowes to let them know how this company lies and takes advantage of faithful Lowes customer's. If I could leave minus 100 in the rating I would. These guys don't deserve even the one star! But I don't blame Lowes I still will continue to do business them. Ambient edge are the scammers!

Aaron from Ambient Edge was very professional, courteous and very patient. I had quite a few questions for him and he answered them to my satisfaction. He explained everything, how long it would take the step by step process. He made me feel as though I had made the right decision, and when I contacted my brothers(7) of them and showed them the proposal they said Ambient Edge was the way to go. Aaron did not pressure me like the other companies I tried did. Because of that I would highly recommend Aaron and Ambient Edge to my friends and neighbors.

Jordan came today to do the maintenance on my system. He was very professional and friendly and got the job done quickly and didn't leave a mess. He wore a mask and shoe covers which was really nice. I would defiantly recommend this company as they did the original installation several months ago and then the maintenance. I have no complaints.

I've had them come out each year to do a system check prior to summer. This year they came out, did the check and recommended some upgrades. Expensive upgrades. I did the upgrades they recommended. A week later they were back out as the system shutdown. Supposedly it was a loose wire. So they fixed it and things were fine for about 3 weeks. Then the system shutdown, AGAIN.
This time the compressor! Now the unit is only 7 years old, and they are the people who have serviced it every year. They said themselves there was nothing wrong with the compressor as I specifically asked about it. Now they want me to buy either a whole new system at $10K+, or at least a $4700 compressor. They won't do anything else, but this doesn't pass the smell test.
All this with a child just out of the hospital and my granddaughter of 3 on the hottest day of the year so far. I'd recommend you give these guys a wide birth, because their only solution is to continue to spend greater and greater amounts.

9.20.16 Denis came out today to service out unit and he was incredibly nice and extremely knowledgeable! He answered all of my questions as well as being professional. Dealing with AC problems is never a fun experience but Denis made my day with his wit and humor! I will definitely be calling Ambient again! Thank you

About 8 months ago I purchased a new Lennox unit from this company. It began making terrible noise from the unit. It has taken over a week to get the parts and as of 7/1 they still have not been installed. I am getting double talk about parts are not till tomorrow and so on. Meanwhile my senior tenants are not only putting up with horrible noise coming from the ac unit and suffering in 90 degree heat!
They tell me parts aren't in till tomorrow night but could not promise to get it fixed. There is still another part that will take 7-9 days to get even though UPS next day air exists. Long store short, I would not recommend this company to anyone! Poor service, no follow up and unreliable product sold! Please consider some one else other than this company for your a/c needs! Very unsatisfied customer still waiting for repair of a brand new unit!

This company was great! A friendly woman called to confirm my appointment the day before and then, the guys showed up on time and were very polite. They didn't make me feel they were overcharging and I felt they were honest about my options. I ended up ordering some custom window screens from them and they look great! Very professional company. If I have any other issues with my air conditioning, I will definitely call them.
