Air Ref

ARI has earned my business for a lifetime to come. Chase and Mrs. Regina where very very polite and helpful through the entire Hvac replacement process. I called for an estimate on a Wednesday and was put on schedule the following Tuesday. There technicians are hands down the best. The guys worked from 830 am till 6pm in an attic well above 170 degrees and they where awesome. Thanks you guys at the ARI Team

I called these guys to come fix the a/c at my rent house this past Saturday. They diagnosed the problem and advised they wouldn't be able to get the part (TXV) to fix my unit until Monday. I was advised that a manager or owner would reach out to me later on Saturday to let me know the cost of the part and to arrange a time for installation on Monday.

Instead I received a phone call a couple of hours later from some young, rude guy named Chase accusing me of not paying his guy for their service. My understanding was that the service wasn't over! I'd been advised by his office earlier in the day that I'd be emailed an invoice. I offered to pay by credit card when he reached out. He talked down to me and was extremely unprofessional. Chase, please know I gave my business to another company because of you!

Have to give AirRef a HUGE 5 star! Our master bedroom was super hot in the evening and we couldn't figure out why. Thanks to AirRef they came in and fixed the problem. Our bedroom feels amazing now. Awesome people, service, and prices!

Probably one of the worst experiences I have had since I starting on my home back in August. I am building a home and was referred to Air Ref (Dusty) if I would have read these reviews before hand I would have never used them I can relate to the review from Allen C. I was done the same way so I guess this is part of Air Ref business. Dusty was paid on 11/08/2018 (12,973.00) which was more than 50%.

I have tried several times reaching out to Dusty about other things that needed to be done that was apart of his job/bid and he have yet to return any of my phone calls nor my texts. I had to reach out to the builder who referred him to me (Bill Martin with Martin Signature Homes) and his son Drew to get in touch with Dusty for me then he will finally text me but they not the one paying him. I would not recommend Air Ref to anyone if someone recommends Air Ref to you please run.

Called on a early Saturday afternoon about an issue which took out my AC. Spoke with Dusty who was quick to assess the problem over the phone and explained the options available to get my AC working again. He made a couple of calls and in a few minutes I had an appointment for a technician to come out to fix the problem. The technician, Travis, arrived 3 hours or so after I called Dusty (within the promised arrival window) and was professional, courteous, and quickly took care of the problem. Long way to say: I trust Air Ref after doing such a great job. So much so, I signed up for their annual maintenance plan.

AirRef is A+ in every way. From the free consult to the actual work done cleaning our ducts and servicing our air conditioning/heating units, we are extremely pleased. The professional work was backed by a very reasonable price. We are going to have AirRef service our units twice a year from now on. Best A.C. company in town! They came out same day, found a leak and repaired it same day. My kids are sleeping happy tonight.

Air Ref installed our furnace air conditioner five years ago. They return twice a year to check and service the units. We had a problem with the unit about a year ago and Keith was able to work with the factory and correct the trouble under warranty.

Call and sent in a request form 6/17/2014. Finally heard from somone over a month later via email. When I asked what happend they stopped answering. I think its only fair if I am to trust your company to come work on something in my home and it takes a month to get back to someone how long will it take for you to come check it out. If you say someone is coming will they really be on their way. Yes its a trust issue and I don't think my question was that awful. Oh well on to the next.

Air Ref Inc, is one company that I would use. They on time and very honest on what I need to fix my problems and also gave my other alternative. After all said and done they did a walk through with my unit and everything was great. Thanks Dustin 2 thumbs up

Sorry to say this is probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had dealing with what i thought was a professional company. The installation was a night mare! Starting with the moment the sale contact person left our property. The entire crew started cutting holes and placing units where it was convenient for them regardless of where we had discussed units would be placed.

Parking on the lawn. Cigarette butts thrown EVERYWHERE. Lunch included extremely loud belches, and crass humor. I had to stop the job after looking in the attic only to find they had cut one our roof support beams 3/4 through. In another attic they left soda cans and other trash and tools. Pieces of our unit strewn about. They didn't even put a filter in either of the intakes and when you looked at the vents you could see bits of insulation.

The worst part of the entire job was the fact that the rebate that was stated at the beginning of the job would be taken care of was Never filled out. I will tell everyone I know NOT to use this company. They are HORRIBLE
