I have lived in many places and normally repair my own equipment. Larry and Co. Came out to repair my Heat Pump for a home warranty company. I was so impressed with the entire experience (answers promptly, shows up on time and does excellent work - remember I have done this work, I know a great job when I see it). What a great guy and company to deal with. Being new here wasn't sure who to contact but this was the best decision I could make. My ac was shutting off and Larry came out fixed it and even rewired my thermostat. He was very professional and very reasonable in prices. Very pleased with Larry's professionalism. He was polite and answered all of my questions. Donna in the office was easy to contact and informative. He let me know when he was on his way. He installed a new heat pump system and was very thorough in explaining its operation. I appreciate that he took the time to notice the thermostat would be much better in a different location than my old A/C system thermostat. The new system is working great and I would certainly recommend Free-Air to my friends.

Our AC unit wouldn't kick on. For some reason it would work some days, and others it would just quit on us. I thought we were going to have to get a whole new unit because ours is pretty old. But Larry came out and fixed ours quickly and for a very reasonable price, without us needing to buy a new unit. Larry and his wife Donna are a pleasure to do business with, and a very honest folks. Larry and Donna run their business with utmost integrity. Larry is incredibly knowledgeable and their prices are always fair. I've had Larry out a few times over the last several years to work on an old, undersized unit and he was able each time to buy me more time until my budget was able to replace it with a new unit. When the time came to replace the unit, he was able to order and install the new unit in less than a week. I couldn't have been more pleased with the whole experience. Called Larry because my heater stopped working. He was able to troubleshot it over the phone. He gave me instruction to get it going so my family didn't freeze that night. Then he ordered the part and installed it. Thank you for keeping my family warm and safe.
