Nothing but problems with our new house that they did the plumbing on. Very dishonest company and policies. Go with, literally, anybody else before using them.

Paid! Payment went out in the mail yesterday. Not even 30 days, since our appliance had service and they kicked it to collections. Top it off, the gal who makes the "pay up or else" calls was not kind. $300 lost. Unfortunately they couldn't fix our water heater. They sure could replace it, for $3,300 We pulled the water heater off the wall (on demand Rinnai) and blew out the build up on the heating coils. The water heater now works! I can't believe the repair man, did not know how to do this.

Had the main water line to my house break, had my wife call to get a quote. Dispatch said they would have a service crew come out, no show and no call back. My wife called back, dispatcher said they did call when in fact they did not. Dispatch said they would call the service crew a second time. Still no show and no call back. I will not call them back or be recommending them to anyone.

This is an emergency situation, I even had it dug out for them just so they could repair it. I guess they wanted to dig to charge more, don't know don't care, moving on, just thought everyone should know the people they are. UPDATE. I do the dig and bury they just lay the pipe, $1290.00, your out of your minds, no way

Sadly our confidence in Mike's Mechanical's plumbing department is gone. We gave them a second chance after having a pipe they installed fail and flood one of our bedrooms ruining the carpet. They did step up and replaced it. On our current home project Mike's over charged us on a verbal estimate after being told by the employee from Mike's "You don't need a written estimate". Well, apparently we did need it in writing.

We waited around all morning for a scheduled Mike's plumber to show up and finally when we called them they couldn't make the scheduled time. No courtesy call or nothing. But hey, we already paid them so why should they care! Also their plumber drilled through a 2X4 in our bathroom while installing pipe and punched the hole into our bedroom.

In conclusion, not only will we not be using Mike's Mechanical for plumbing anymore but highly suggest anyone looking for a competent and honest plumbing company avoid Mike's at all costs.

I had a plumber come and he was very courteous and did a great job. I will call them again for plumbing problems.

Mike's is fantastic. In a world where good contractors are hard to find, and even the good ones are having trouble hiring good help, Mike's has managed to keep a high standard of service. What has impressed me the most is not that I've never had an issue, because I have, but that they have always worked with me to fix the issues and made sure I was happy when it was all done, even when those problems were expensive for them to fix. I'd recommend Mike's to anyone and everyone.

I've had Mike's guys out for three problems. One cleaned and changed out all my HVAC filters and found a very dangerous situation in the upstairs furnace. He was friendly and thorough and professional. The second guy I had out was Cory and he was there to diagnose an electrical problem I was having outside near my pond. He didn't just change the GFCI like the electrician I called before at another company did twice already.

He actually investigated everything to look for the reason why the GFCI was tripping all the time. He found what he thought was the problem and when the pump in my pond was changed the problem with the GFCI was gone just as he predicted it would. The last guy came out (Kendall) to fix my garbage disposal that stopped working. He saw the problem right away and fixed it so quickly.

I trusted him enough to leave the house on an errand while he was working on the disposal. I can't recommend these people and Mike's enough. I've had nothing but professional, on-time, helpful, courteous behavior from everyone I speak with including the dispatch person Wendy.

They are very professional and knowledgeable. We have used Mike's for almost 20 years. If they were not very good I would not waste my money. But with Mike's I don't have to even think about them not doing a good job. They always do. Service: Heating system maintenance

Jason was professional, timely, knowledgeable with a high attention to detail. Update: After initially getting be back up and running, I decided to have Mike's replace my two panels. It was the best decision I've made in quite a while. Jason and Jase Groesbeck are masters of their craft and finished the job ahead of schedule, taking extra efforts to not damage the drywall.

In the end, they not only resolved my concerns of electrical failures, but added value to our property and left an ascetically pleasing result. They both went the extra mile and I highly recommend their work!

John and Nick were very nice. Cleaned my ducts and vents. They also found my coil was 3/4 clogged, which they fixed. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Jim is also great. He found that my AC had problems originally, and that my circuit board panel needed replacement. He also suggested that duct and vent cleaning be done. Glad he did. Great company!

Mikes Mechanical has always gone out of their way to be helpful. Trusted. The young man who most recently fixed my leaky faucet was very kind and suggested further repairs that I am having them give an estimate for potential remodel. In the past I had an antique doorbell go awry that I had a particular affinity for as my home is 100 years old and was put there by my Great Grandmother. Mikes Mechanical went above and beyond to fix it when they could have just said, get a new one.

They were very kind. When my furnace went out on a Friday Night and I was trying to leave town they came to the rescue. I have used their services for years. Happily. Thank You.

The technician, Justin G., arrived on time and wearing a mask for our appointment to service our furnace. When he completed his work, he explained what he had done. He was very polite and answered our questions thoroughly. Before he left he gave us his cell number in case we had any problems. We have used Mike's for years and will continue to do so.

We had Brian and Don replace our furnace and install a new AC unit. We also had Jace and Chris upgrade our electrical panel. We always use Mike's because our experience is always positive. What I really appreciate is how personable, competent and professional the folks doing the job are. Also, we are on a fixed income and I never feel taken advantage of on the price which is huge because when your heater goes out the cost is always unknown. These guys show up fix it and the price is always so reasonable

This review is written during Covid-19 and showcases how unprofessional Mike Mechanical is. First they did not wear masks in doors. Politicized or not, it is highly inappropriate to not take the basic safety precautions during a pandemic. They were asked to wear a mask, they did and since took it off. They were doing their work, and then loudly turned on a political podcast blasting the SCOTUS' decision on Oklahoma reservation land as unconstitutional.

Now let's put aside any opinion on that ruling. Putting a political podcast on while working in someone else's home given the divisive nature of politics, and a podcast deepening that divisiveness is just a bad move. Three words to describe Mike Mechanical: Unprofessional, political, and disrespectful.

I requested a chimney cleaning. Two service techs came out and did an inspection and said it was fine and recommended an annual cleaning. The chimneys have never been cleaned and that's why I requested a cleaning! I would recommend calling someone else.

Dependent upon how they are if and when they ever show up will determine if their rating will get better. Just bought a house and moved in and have serious concerns about our furnace, have been waiting for over a week to hear back from any body let alone a technician to come out. After over a week of waiting and calling multiple times, out of the blue on a Wednesday after 4:30 p.m. a tech calls and wants to come over without setting a time.

We have 3 children under 3 years of age and are very busy and can not just drop everything we are doing to accommodate a technician who wants to just show up on his schedule. You set a time and keep to the time, and don't expect the CUSTOMER to accommodate you. That is not good business.
