I have been working with Davis for years and it is always hassle free experience. Their technicians are very knowledgeable in everything they do. I had been waiting 5 weeks for the repair person assigned to me to fix my air conditioning unit. Mis-diagnosis, disappearing for days at a time, generally making me miserable! I demanded my warranty company reassign the job and they assigned it to Davis. They came out in the morning, reported the issue to the warranty company, and were back out the same afternoon to fix it. They explained everything to us and showed up on time. I will be using then again!
