The Extreme Heating & Air Conditioning maintenance agreement, X-Plan, provides you with regular system checks. It's a bi-annual planned check-up and service. The maintenance completed is designed to meet or exceed all manufacturer and extended warranty requirements for system maintenance and surpasses the recommendations set forth from the Department of Energy and most utility companies.

It was the most professional and amicable experience I've had with any heating/air company. I really loved talking to Haley, she was wonderful on the phone, always answering quickly and being knowledgeable. For an old woman like me, I don't understand a thing about my air conditioner, but I know when it doesn't work. Nick was the guy who fixed it. Excellent work. Anyway, if you're looking for a company who always goes above and beyond, here they are!

The guys were very kind and professional, and moved through my house quietly and efficiently. I work from home and had it not been for my 3 dogs seeking attention (or hiding) from them I wouldn't have known they were here-other than the sound of the equipment which was not loud at all. The service and fees were explained in detail upfront. I have been using this company for 12 years and highly recommend them!

My technician was here on time, called before he arrived to let me know he was enroute, was friendly yet professional, and promptly went about his business. He told me he would be here for four an hour to an hour and a half and he was finished and all wrapped up in just over an hour. He also complimented us on how clean our system is probably because we change our filter every 3 months. And he liked my dog. He is welcome back to my home anytime.

Tony and Alex were the best service people I have ever had in my home. They were polite, respectful of me and my home, always used shoe covers, answered my questions with great patience and educated me on my new system. They are very fine young men. I also appreciated my initial visit from Mike, who explained things very well and was honest in his replies to my questions. I will recommend Extreme heating to all of my friends!

Nick was incredibly prompt and professional. He explained everything that he was doing and checked his work to ensure the problem was fixed. Shaun V. gave me amazing value. During consultation he covered all the work that would be done, explained everything in detail. We discussed previous quotes I had gotten, and he let me know how each one was different and showed me what was missing. He then gave me a quote that was the best value I could have possibly asked for. no one else was willing to match his deal, never mind beat it.
The team did great work. Very professional. Answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with everything during a walk through before they left. Got the job done in one day! Thanks!

Extreme Heating & Air was called on Wednesday when my furnace stopped working. Nick (service) promptly arrived an hour later and quickly found the problem. The decision was made to replace the furnace and AC at the same time. Shaun (Comfort Advisor) arrived an hour later and discussed equipment options. I made my selection and Shaun immediately set out designing all the details. Friday the new system was installed by Joey and Brandon who expertly and efficiently replaced the old equipment with the new. They worked non stop to complete the job same day. Much appreciation for the whole team getting heat back to the house on this snowy week!

On the coldest day of the winter, with 6 inches of snow on the ground, my furnace stopped working. It was old, but I hoped to make it through this winter. Extreme was the only company I called who said they could come out to my house. Kevin and Nick tried to revive my old furnace, but they couldn't get it to run again. It was old, and the company who make it had stopped making parts for it a few years ago.
This was on a Friday, and they couldn't replace my furnace until Monday. They gave me a quote (making sure that the furnace was actually in stock.which can be an issue these days), which was very competitive, and I was able to do the financing over the phone in just a few minutes. They left a space heater with me, so that I could stay in the house over the weekend and the pipes wouldn't freeze.
When I called and asked if I could get a second space heater, Keven brought it over in a very short time. On Monday, Tony and Alex arrived to do the installation. They were able to remove the old furnace, install the new one, and have heat in my house in just a few hours, and I couldn't be more thankful. All of the people I dealt with at Extreme were wonderful.
Everyone was friendly, knew their job well, and were able to answer any question that I had. The whole process was made less stressful by the people I dealt with. I cannot say enough good things about the people at Extreme, and the work they did for me. I would highly recommend them.

Our recent experience with this company was a customer's dream. Our heat pump and air handler have been "serviced" several times by other local companies in past months with no improvement. We often had to wait a week to even get someone out to look at it. This company sent someone out the same day and we finally got a clear idea of what the underlying problem was after a thorough evaluation, including pictures, of the problems.
We ended up deciding to replace the system, and Mike and his associate sat down and discussed our various options with me at length and provided detailed written estimates on site. They even returned the next day to answer additional questions. After getting a comparison estimate from another company, we decided to go with Xtreme and they scheduled the installation promptly. Alex and his team completed the installation, removed the old units and cleaned everything up in one day.

EH&AC replaced my existing heating and air condition system. The process from start to finish was professional. Their bid was competitive and their agent was a delight to work with. The installation was complicated as the ac unit was moved from its previous location which required running coolant lines through a finished ceiling which they did without disturbing the ceiling.
In summary - they made a difficult job look easy - the final installation is first class - they left the work space and the home neat and clean. The installation crew was efficient and exceeded my expectations.
