My elderly dad was charged $274 for less than an hours work with no parts replaced on a furnace. The tech just blowed against a safety switch and the furnace started working again. My camera logged him as pulling in the driveway at 8:56am November 27, 2021 and the furnace started working normally around 9:27am. That is not two hours as written on the invoice. We won't be using this company again for any HVAC assistance in the future.

I cannot recommend HFI enough. This summer we ended up having to replace our entire AC unit and furnace. We ended up switching from electric heat to gas. We had to work with the gas company to have a gas line ran. As we approached colder temperatures, still with no gasline, HFI advocated on our behalf and ensured the piping was completed in time to keep us from being too cold.

Every single employee that we interacted with was wonderful, from Josh, Justin, Wes, Allen and Melissa. I won't recommend anyone else and am super grateful that we were cared for so well. Not to mention, everyone that came to the house answered the 1000 questions asked by our young kids. Thank you guys!

Thank you to HFI for coming to our rescue! We woke up without hot water. They told us they had a cancellation and were at our home by 8:30am on a Friday. They were able to diagnose and install a hot water heater for us. Along, with that they corrected some gas lines that were leaking as noticed by us that morning. Great professional men that responded and neatly installed our new heater.

What they didn't know was that we were supposed to be leaving that day for a 6 hour car ride. Their response time allowed us to continue with our plans and not have to cancel seeing family.

This review is not related to a service provided by HFI, but actually a good deed that was done. I had my vehicle catch on fire a week ago and if it hadn't been for the HFI employee who came running over with a fire extinguisher the situation could have been a lot worse. I did not catch his name during the chaos but he was there in a moment of need and a huge help! I hope this message gets passed along and he knows how thankful I am!

You know it's not good when your air conditioner goes out in the middle of the summer. I contacted our friend Dave Conner and he set up an appointment to have someone come out and look at our system and give us a quote. Justin came out Monday and told us the best options that were available to us. I was surprised on how inexpensive it was to replace our entire unit.

I have heard horror stories from other people about how expensive it would be. People also told me to stay away from bigger business, but I have no regrets. HFI is great and will have my air conditioner installed this week. Justin was so professional and very nice. Thank you HFI for making this decision easy for us. Thanks again Dave Conner!

(The first part of this in NOT HFI). During the fist heat wave, my furnace went out. Neighbor was getting a new furnace that day. I spoke with the installers. Supervisor looked at my furnace and said it was dead (old furnace). After checking with the office he advised it would be 12 days before the could install. I called the company three days before the date. Rude guy on the phone said if I was told a certain date, it would be on that date. Great.

The day before the install I called again as I did not hear from that company. Pleasant woman said nothing was scheduled. I canceled. I called HFI. Justin came out that same day and I got new furnace the next day. Better furnace for less money! HFI is awesome!

Josh came out to troubleshoot why our minisplits were not working properly. He spent time to listen to the history and symptoms before narrowing it down to two solutions. He nailed it! Though HFI did not do the original installation, Josh was able to determine there was a simple wiring error made at the time of installation. He fixed it, and now we are cooling the two rooms affected by the original issue. Thanks HFI, and thanks Josh (who is very courteous, very professional and knowledgeable)!

We called 10+ HVAC companies in our area and not a single one of them could compare to the service and price that HFI provided us! Tyler and Chris were prompt, professional and got the job done quickly without cutting any corners. We cannot thank them enough for installing our duct work and heating/cooling system! These guys know their stuff! Justin communicated with us and his guys daily and was super helpful in any questions we had about the install process and prices before hand.

We are confident that no other HVAC company can beat the service and especially for the price that HFI offers. We got a much higher quality system installed, duct work plus a ductless unit downstairs for half of what the other "top" companies quoted. If you are looking at having any type of HVAC work done, stop your search and go with HFI. You won't regret it! Thanks again for everything.

We just had a Mitsubishi ductless heat pump installed for our enclosed back porch. Even bough we live is a small town 45 minutes from their office, Bob Magiera came out a couple days after we called. He looked at our area, took some measurements and discussed what would work best for us. A couple days later we had our quote, right in line with what we expected.

Just a week and a half later Tyler and Chris came out to do our install. They were very professional and did exceptional work. They even put up with my be in the way and asking questions with out a hint of displeasure. The install is very nice, clean and professional. All in all a great job. I would highly recommend them.
