Mike began at the Company as an estimator in 1967, and bought the Company in 1984. Mike expanded the Company into the computer age, employing the latest CAD systems available at the time. As sheet metal work gave way to air conditioning, Mike changed the name of the Company in 1997 to Patton Air Conditioning to better reflect the Company's operations.

I have NOT had air conditioning service from this company. However I have driven next too and behind one of their company trucks. There was construction in Bakersfield CA and cars were merging every other car. This driver would not let me in, rode the butt of the car in front of him, and threw his lit cigarette butt in the street with fires currently raging all over CA.
When you are representing your company in a company vehicle, you should have a little professionalism. I wanted to share this because this is not a person I would want working on my home.

Our home AC was blowing hot air. We called Patton, and this was a wonderful decision. They promptly sent a guy out, and he easily assessed the problem. After replacing a few parts, he showed us how to clean the filters on the unit in order to maintain airflow. The price was very fair. Overall amazing service and very informative. Thank you Patton!

Set meeting with this company they did Not show up I had to call them 3 times then he came out and measured what I wanted done said it would be a couple of days? Waited 2 weeks I called said he would have by bid that day? Two days later got bid I said do the job said it would take a week? Had to do exzact measurements? Was supposed to be there Friday was No show I called he said he would be there Monday, again No Show when I called he said had a funeral?
So Friday you did not know you had a funeral you were going to? Called me that Monday said he would come out at 4 pm he came out and said job would be done by Friday that week. Again No Show all week. Called today Tuesday what's going on? We are busy and just don't have the time this week or maybe next you should go elsewhere? After waiting all this time I am sure glad they can throw $5400 away like it's Nothing. I have two Business and this is Not how a Company should be treating there Customers!
