Kyle was thorough & checked out the cooling system in my new home. He solved the issue & explained how to prevent it from happening again. I asked if the system needed maintenance & he actually said no- that everything was clean & in order. He also explained the maintenance agreement Webb offers. Kyle was very reassuring & answered my questions.

David and Webb Heating and Air provided exceptional service today by repairing my AC unit on the same day that I requested help. He was able to restore service without entering my home, which was important for everyone's safety as I have Covid this week. I appreciate their concern for my health and comfort. I highly recommend Webb Heating and Air and David!

The repairman Brandon was knowledgeable, efficient & well qualified. It was a pleasure to watch him work and answer questions about what he was doing. He had the rare quality of being happy with his choice of making a living. He even did a quick repair on the dripping faucet to which he connected the hose used to rinse off the coils in the AC unit outside.

The technician, Matthew, was courteous and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and why. I am confident about the work he performed and I am ready to face the next spell of freezing weather. He was top notch, and gives the company a good reputation. Many thanks! Service: Heating system repair

Quality Oil Customers with Oil Furnace. Think twice upon letting Webb do this service. They charge 160 $ for changing oil and filter, a nozzle, and a large particle filter. They WILL NOT include a new strainer ( just say they clean it ). They WILL NOT vacuum out your soot build up. They refer you to a air duct cleaning service company. And, they will not clean your furnace, or perform any diagnostic tests for draft, damper and CO2 testing if it the soot build up is too much.
At least my tech Chris would not. No complete oil furnace service should come without these elements. I am sure Webb is good in other areas but if you have a oil furnace skip Webb. Hope this helps someone else not get ripped off. I was going to use Webb for insulation, a new furnace, and new air conditioner IN MY 50's home. I will go elsewhere.

I called Webb today because my heat was not working. I called the company that installed they system (less than a year ago) and they couldn't come out until Thursday (today is Tuesday). It's 28 degrees outside! David was very nice and professional and explained everything that he was doing. The person that I spoke with to schedule the appointment was very nice as well. They saved the day!

I couldn't have had a better experience. John Maynard went above and beyond, repairing my problem, inspecting and tuning up my boiler and explaining everything he was doing. This was my first experience with Webb. They are now my go-to for boiler issues. Thanks so much! Services: Heating system repair, Heating system maintenance

We had our downstairs A/C replaced with a high efficiency unit. After the first week, the A/C quit working. The technician came out and replaced a part. We were told that this was normal/to be expected on new systems. A week later, we started hearing a very loud "whining" type noise. When looking in the crawl space, we noticed an unusually high amount of condensation.
A different technician came out to address the issues. In the end, he said the condensation was not "their issue" and to not call back about the condensation. The technician said this was common in "older" homes when purchasing a high efficiency system and that the only fix is to have the crawl space sealed off. He informed us that he adjusted the system so that it would not be blowing as much cold air (and would be less efficient).
We talked to the salesman about this and were told that we would get to the bottom of this issue. The salesman said that he would call back to set up an appointment to come out with their operations manager to address the issue. It has been over a month and no one has contacted us about this. So, in the end, we paid for a high efficiency system that is not running as such.
In addition we are left with having to pay over $10,000 to have our crawl space sealed off. If it is known that "older" homes cannot support high efficiency systems as the one we were sold, why were we not informed of this? We spent thousands of dollars for a system that we did not need. We are very dissatisfied and frustrated
