So great! Cole was so nice and professional; he worked quickly to diagnose and fix the issue (a blown capacitator during a heat wave). Very reasonable pricing and great service. This was also one of the only places with good customer service reps for people calling in -- most other places would sent you to a VM and not call back, or the bigger places would route you to a call center that seemed to have no idea what you were asking about. Would recommend them to anyone needing heating/cooling help!

Chapman ALWAYS does a great job. Their service techs are always so personable and professional. Old A/C went out, tried every trick know but 17 year old Compressor had met it's demise. Bought a new Temp star Seer 16 and new coil installation. Fired up and running and quieter then the old unit. Way better looking and much better on energy use. Crew was very through and even cleaned up the job. Highly recommend Chapman Heating and Cooling

Chapman Heating & Cooling is a great company for your HVAC needs. I bought my Trane system from them in 2015 and it is great. Their service technician, Miles, is knowledgeable, efficient and always on time. Having the same technician provides continuity as he knows my system and when things are deviating from normal. Chapman installed the HVAC on our home. We have used them for follow up annual maintenance checks and to assist on a basement project. They have always been great to work with - easy to contact, professional, friendly. Very impressed and would highly recommend!

I called they came out and looked at the house and were supposed to give me an estimate n central air. I called more than once and was told that he is behind on estimate it's bean 4 or 5 months now and I still have not heard back from them

We selected Chapman from a group of six different HVAC contractors and we are very pleased with our choice. Every representative from the sales rep Matt Vaughn, Karly office staff/ scheduling, Aaron, Brandon and Cody installers who were very competent, friendly and professional. Chris, the installation manager was exceptional in his management of the project to ensure we understood all aspects of the system and gave us complete confidence the system would be installed in accordance with the professional standards that would meet or exceed our expectations.

He succeeded in all respects to include changing out the 5 wire thermostat for the 7 wire thermostat to ensure complete functionality and consistency with the factory specifications. Absolute satisfaction in all respects from sales process answering all of my questions in a timely manner as we exchanged information I requested, to include a scheduling change at my request due to weather conditions and finally a professional installation team.

We just had a new HVAC system installed today by Cody and Aaron. Not only were they courteous and respectful but they were friendly as well. The installation seem to go like clock work. Repaired older system to run until new one installed. Carly at the office was very professional and helpful, got service scheduled right away. Terrance, our tech was amazing, knowledgeable, explained everything clearly. Very easy to work with, polite even to our bothersome cat. Got us up and running quickly. Buying units from them, will not cover warranty agreement units are only 6 months old and already freezing up and low on refrigerant have to argue back and forth with them about trying to get something fix and the best thing they can come up with is someone else touch them, if they did we wouldn't be having this discussion right. My best advice to you is going somewhere else instead of wasting you money and time with this company

Terrance arrived as promised and explained our options. We quickly followed his advice and he had a new thermostat mounted in just a few minutes. He went over the operation very thoroughly.
