As a family owned and operated business since 1956, we strive to provide great personal service. Brewer Heating and Air Conditioning was established in 1956 by William L. Brewer. His son, Brian Brewer, who is now the President of the company, took over operations in 1992 from his dad. Brewer Heating and Air Conditioning prides itself in being a second generation owned and operated company that has extended that family tradition to all employees.

We offer a standard, deluxe, and premium package to ensure you can find a solution to meet your needs. Maintaining your family's comfort level in the cold is important. We offer several efficiency rated gas and oil furnaces to meet whatever your situation requires.
Our technicians start immediately to assess your situation and determine the cost of your repair. Once you have provided your approval, our technicians complete your service in a timely manner that also ensures quality. I will be using this company for all of my future HVAC needs and I would recommend this company for anyone else. We had two companies come and give us quotes for repair or replacement of our AC Unit before Brewer & Son. Both companies tried to overcharge me by several thousand dollars and repeatedly told me there was no option other than to replace our AC unit.
As soon as I started working with this company, I knew I could trust them. Their pricing was 100% fair and they also use very high quality products. They gave me a very affordable repair option that would last through a summer or two, and a replacement option. I chose to replace the AC unit because the pricing was much better than I had been told before and I knew they would provide top tier service.
They helped me with all of my questions throughout the process and were extremely transparent. They had even fixed a wiring issue/safety concern that another company had done without my knowledge. As a first-time homeowner, I am very grateful for the peace of mind this company gave me. I will be calling them for annual servicing and any future HVAC needs.

I sent an email to schedule service and was rudely told via email that since the company hadn't been to my home in several years to get someone else. My heater works, I'm just not getting heat in a specific room. I definitely wouldn't have them come to my home if this is how they respond to a person, especially via email.

It is so nice to have a Family Business there whenever you need them. Gosh I have mentioned on Facebook I was needing a new A/C and furnace and I got a reply within an hour that they would be in contact with me Monday. In July I hardly used my air due to my old air conditioner wa not cooling. I only turned it on when desperate. You can see from my LG&E bill how much it has impacted my electric bill. Yeah!
My new Nest thermostat and new A/C is already paying off. Plus I can set it at a lower temperature and still have a cheaper bill. With Covid 19 I am working from home. So I am using A/C 24/7. You guys rock

I have used Brewer and Sons for all of our heating and air conditioning needs. They are always on time and their customer service is great! When we purchased our house years ago Mr. Brewer identified our HVAC issues and presented us with different fixes with different price ranges to meet our needs. When we finally decided to replace our whole system they did all the work and did a fantastic job.
Currently we are finishing our basement and Mr. Brewer is the only contractor that I didn't get three estimates from. He ran new duct work, and fixed issues with the runs that were pre-existing. I feel like the work he does for me is what he would do in his own home and his prices are very reasonable. I can trust him to honest and give a fair price. (Side note: during COVID they have always worn masks without being asked and have never made me uncomfortable in the least.) I highly recommend using them for any and all heating and air conditioning needs! Everyone has been wonderful to work with!

Unbelievably prompt, efficient, neat, and priced very fairly. Have used for years and am always impressed. We had a heating system installed in January and were very pleased with the unit and installers and just had them back to do the ac unit and were thrilled with the same wonderful treatment and professional work as always. You people are truly a blessing to the community and your customers.

Mr. Brewer was very professional and helpful. He spoke clearly to me about the scope of work and was clearly passionate about providing a quality service. The cost of the work was very competitive and I'm very satisfied that I called them for another opinion for my home. They came the same day that I called and I had a quote the next morning. The work was done very well and we have enjoyed our more comfortable home this summer, I highly recommend this company.

Wm. L. Brewer & Son leads the way in customer focused HVAC service. While my AC was not an emergency they still made me feel like I was their number one priority. Always with thorough explanations and answers to my questions. I will definitely look to them any of my HVAC needs and would recommend them to anyone.

We had wonderful experiences with this company! They do our annual heating and air checkup, but we recently decided to get new furnace and air-conditioning and they offered fair prices and great service. They always arrive on time and are very efficient. During the replacement, a cat food dish was accidently broken. Mr. Brewer appoligised and asked if he could replace the bowl.
I assured him it was old and not to worry about it. A few days later, a new cat dish arrived in the mail along with a bag of cat toys. This was not at all needed, but an example of the dedication to great customer service this company gives. Would highly recommend them for their work ethic and professionalism.

I am very pleased with the work of the Brewer Heating and Cooling Co. I needed both new Air Conditioning and Furnace replaced in my home. Brian Brewer was prompt and thorough in giving me several options for both. They were willing to make an adjustment to my ductwork to optimize the system. I feel their prices are reasonable and so far I am very pleased with the quality of the products.
All their installers were very professional and knowledgeable. One thing i've noticed so far is reduced humidity this summer in my basement. I have a portable dehumidifier downstairs that I would need to empty twice a day before during the summer. Now I need to empty it once every two days at most in summer.

Let me tell you what William L. Brewer Heating and Air Conditioning has done for my family. First, they have installed heating/cooling for me, my son and several friends that I have recommended to them. Their prices are great and their service is beyond excellent. My dad's thermostat seemed off - very warm in his house. The Brewer Co. came out and even though at first sight it looked like the thermostat was reading things correctly, they did not leave until the problem was located.
Much farther down the wires. He is now quite comfortable. My mom had an issue also with her system. She had just gotten back from the nursing home and my step-father was dealing with terminal cancer. If anyone deserved to be comfortable it was them. Brewer was there within hours and took care of it. Then once my step-father passed they came back out to move the thermostat so my mom could reach it! It is just a great company!
