Katrine set up the appointment and later improved it to an earlier time. She was very helpful! Carlos arrived on time and immediately found the problem, replaced the capacitor which serves both the compressor and fan motor, and repair worked! This is a great example of teamwork from two skilled people as a team. Thanks for great customer service. I found Romeo in the St. William weekly publication, so God had a hand in it, too!

We had Romeo Air Conditioning Company come when we had a problem and we were not in Florida. Someone recommended them and they came and fixed the problem and we signed up for a maintenance plan. They came back last week for maintenance on our air conditioning system and I have to say Chris was very professional and did an excellent job. We will absolutely continue on the maintenance plan. Charged me $292 to diagnose and replace a 60 Amp Disconnect box on exterior wall. Ok but later I see that they charged $207 for the box when its available at hardware store for $12 -$20. Over 10x mark up for parts.
