Called for a plumbing issue in bathrooms and their tech caused over $1700 of damage in kitchen. Management refused to own up to damage and do the right thing. How sickening that a company would cause damage to your home and then lie but it. Save yourself a headache and avoid using this company!

The company was responsive, on time, and the office employees I dealt with were courteous; however, I was billed for 1.5 hours, instead of the 1 hour that the plumber was on premises. I guess he did not think my tenant would keep up with the time, but he didn't know she is detailed oriented like that. Call and text logs were additional proof of the time on job.

It over billing cost an extra $75, which would add up nicely for a company, if this practice is done consistently. I notified the office of the over billing and insisted on paying the full amount, out of principle. The office personal seemed sympathetic, but I never received an offer for price reduction that day or any contact from the company at a later date.

I wouldn't say not to necessarily use this company, just make sure time on the job is recorded, and they are informed it is being recorded prior to the bill being written-up.

This was the second time I've used Air Design's services and each time they have been timely to respond, worked quickly and fair in price. I needed a natural gas connection for a generator and Patrick arrived as expected, surveyed the work and answered my questions in detail. The work was completed faster than I expected. It made my day and I will use them again!

Greatly appreciate John coming out on a Friday night and quickly repairing a water leak. We are a family of six and could not go without water and they had amazing prices and great response time. We will definitely use air design systems again anytime we need their services.

My kitchen sink had a leaking copper hose and handle under the counter. Called for a quote. Was told $150.00 per hour plus parts. Was charged double what the parts cost. They tried to say the time started when technician was dispatched, including driving time to my house. What! It took an hour to complete the job. 10 minutes to sit in truck to calculate the bill. When I complained about the charge of $274.66, the bill was quickly reduced to the amount quoted. $150.00 plus parts. Technician was very professional.

I've used Air Design since moving to Pensacola a year ago. Recently we had our bathroom faucets updated. They do not drain completely now. Called for a tech to come back. They showed up promptly, then told me there's nothing they can do about it since the faucet we chose wasn't compatible with the sink we had (no issues before new faucets), we could possibly change out the black pipe was what I was told.

Not sure why they didn't realize the problem when installing the first of 4; Be aware if you use them for this type of work you may be stuck with gnats and constantly wiping your sinks dry after each use We will be doing business elsewhere after spending a lot of money with this company for this type of result Very disappointed.

They replaced my toilet handle with one that was clanky and loud, and when I asked them to provide a replacement that was similar to the original one that had a quiet, smooth operation, they agreed to do that but there was some miscommunication about the scheduled appointment and they got angry. They did reschedule, but when the tech came out, he was rude and then they charged a second $160 service fee.

I had a running toilet and a friend of mine recommended me air designs to fix. I called them up and scheduled an appointment for them to come out. 1st appointment went well and he did a good job and told me to just replace the flapper and it should be good. Should be an easy fix. After I replaced the flapper myself it would still run. Called again and had the same guy come out and changed another flapper and bill me a whole cycle.

I felt I got somewhat scammed to pay double because who leaves a job not finished and then has the customer go to fix it themselves? All and all the staff was nice and worked around my requests for times to have them come out. Just felt like all this could have been done in one trip instead of 2.

I had an issue with my home a/c and called Air Design. They scheduled my necessary appointments and arrived on time, in fact earlier than scheduled. Paul, the technician, took care of my faulty air handler fan and now, it's working like a champ! Lamar, another Air Design technician, came out for my scheduled annual tuneup and fine tuned our home unit! Folks, you cannot go wrong with Air Design. They have been servicing my home for over 5 years and I have had nothing but outstanding service! Thank you Air Design.

ADS installed a new air conditioning and heating system for us over a month ago and it wasn't until they left and I had paid for the job that I determined they never ran the condensation line out as it's supposed to be; it's still just stubbed out under the house, dripping down into the dirt. I can't get them to come back and finish the job. After many calls over the weeks, now the manager will not return my calls. If I had it to do again, I would choose a different company.

Tubs and toilets backed up on early Sunday morning and decided to wait till Monday to call to save money and come to find out it would've been the same price cause they don't charge overtime on the weekends. They were also less expensive than other plumbers in the area! Very professional, was here Monday morning. I highly recommend them For your plumbing needs. They're not just a/c people!

I scheduled an air duct cleaning. The technician looked & said my air ducts were clean because we changed our filters religiously. He only charged a service call when he could have done an unnecessary service & charged us a great deal more. Their employees were always very courteous when we talked with them.

Outstanding service. Air Design responded immediately for a broken water line. The service technician, Esteban, did an excellent job and was done in less than an hour. I highly recommend this company.

I can not say enough positive things about Air Design Systems! My water pipes went bad a few days before Christmas. I got a number of estimates which I considered to be extremely high. We called Air Design and Mr. Mike Driver came out to provide an estimate. He was extremely professional and patient with my all questions. His estimate was well below the three previous estimates to the point I was surprised.

He also promised to start first thing following Christmas. The team of Ben and Mike started promptly Monday morning. The were highly professional and extremely courteous throughout the entire experience. In many cases, they went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were happy. I knew there would be cuts in the wall, but Ben and Mike took extra precautions to make sure everything was as minimal and as neat as possible.

They also took extra precautions to protect our home both inside and out, and to make sure everything was professionally cleaned up. In all, it was nothing like the experience I imagined. I can not thank Mr. Mike Driver and his team enough for the outstanding job they did on my home. I would recommend Air Design for anyone who needs plumbing or HVAC work. I called ADS for a quote to clean my air ducts and fog the system. They called me right back and the person I spoke to seemed really knowledgeable and their quote was far less than another company that I had been using. I made the appt and they came on time, did the work and everything worked as it should. The only issue was the billing, I never received a bill so I had to call and ask to pay them.

My air conditioning died on the weekend. They came out promptly, didn't overcharge and worked quickly. The repair cost was less than I expected, and solved the problem immediately! The repairman was polite, and explained everything to me as he went along. I highly recommend them!

Very happy with my experience with this company yesterday. I initially used Perdido Heating & Air, and in my opinion, was ripped off for the work that was done. So I carefully read reviews on all local companies. From the moment I called, the owner, Doug was very friendly and discussed the job with me. The team he sent did a very thorough duct cleaning and gave me a lot of helpful information.

I had told Doug ahead of time that I did not want my system fogged, and the team was well aware of that and it had already been noted on their work form. Very organized! I am relieved that I have a go to company now that I can trust.

Quick response on a Saturday. Tech arrived within two hours, troubleshoot the A/C system, and replaced the failed part. Very professional and efficient with reasonable charges.

I got 3 estimates on totally replacing my duct work. After seeing the professionalism, having fast responses, getting great reviews from the community, I paid slightly more to hire AirDesign. These guys are top notch, nice, and a pleasure to work with. Doug will brag on his company and rightfully so. They have done plumbing and duct work and I would gladly call them back for any non-DIY work in my home.

Wow I am blown away' Air design came out to do repairs on my plumbing. It was a difficult job. But the professionalism and friendliness of Sean amd Robert made the whole experience amazing. They should be commended for the work they did. In fact they went above and beyond the call of duty. I had a wood deck that had to be removed and some of the wood was rotted.

Anyway they worked hard and got it done. Not only that but they put the deck back and got new wood to replace the rotten wood. At the end, the backyard look d like nothing happened. Our HVAC system died. Doug Kadrovach came to our home almost immediately. He patiently answered all of our questions and set up installation the VERY NEXT DAY! We were very happy with the two gentlemen who did the installation as well.

Our HVAC system went down yesterday afternoon and I tried to troubleshoot the best a homeowner could do. The issue was beyond my ability so I called ADS this morning to get a technician out and resolve my issue. Two guys, in and out in and hour and a half. Courteous, clean, and knowledgeable. My unit is now working quieter than ever. Much appreciated.

I came home from work to a humid, 83 degree home. The weather report called for a 93 degree day tomorrow and it's already 6:30pm. Air Design Systems has 24-hour service and boy did they deliver. The repairman was at my home within an hour of my phone call and had my air conditioner tuned up, repaired and blowing cold air in about 15 minutes. The repairman was knowledgeable and had a pleasant personality. I'll be sure to call on Air Design Systems in the future if the need arises. Top notch company.

Great repair job and super affordable. Even adjusted my appointment to a later time. They could have easily took an easier and more expensive approach to repair, but they went the extra mile

Rich and his team did an AMAZING job! They came in and replaced all of our shoddy, old cast iron piping that was terribly "fixed" during the house flip. They did the job quickly, efficiently and professionally and even installed a garbage disposal for us last minute. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them for all plumbing issues in the future! (although I can't imagine there will be any considering the stellar job they did replacing our pipes)

Answered the phone promptly and was not an answering service like other companies in the area. They could schedule the plumbing right away but the HVAC schedule had to wait to speak to Doug. irritated I could not do it all in one call. This is where the company can improve.

Very prompt with quick response times, professional workers. Very neat and tidy. Had the problem taken care of in under an hour with reasonable rates. Will definitely be calling again for any of our plumbing needs.
