They came out and couldn't fix my furnace so they sold me a new one. Before they installed it though. We had someone else come take a look and they were able to fix it within 5 minutes. I'm still waiting for my $3,000 refund since they never installed anything

This is the company I will continue to rely on for my heating and air conditioning needs! I called them early on a Wednesday morning after waking up to an 85 degree house. They put me on their schedule for that afternoon and agreed to give me a call back when a service technician was available and on his way. I was thrilled that they agreed to give me a 20 minute notice that the technician was on his way.

This allowed me to go to work rather than spending a large part of my day waiting for them to show up. I got the call at 12:02. and the technician was working on my system within 45 minutes. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and quickly got my system operational. He also took the time to answer all of my questions about replacement thermostat options. I have been using this company for several years and will continue to use and recommend them!

Air Source services our equipment twice a year and has for many years. They are courteous, clean, knowledgeable, capable, well-mannered, and always make a difference for good. We are very grateful to have them taking care of our HVAC system. I trust them and it is obvious they know what they are doing. We enjoy trouble free heating and air-conditioning year round. We called Air Source this fall to come check out our heater because we knew it was a bit overdue. They let us know that a part needed replaced, were upfront about the cost and promptly had our heater back up and running! My husband said he didn't realize how bad the old one was until he heard nothing when the new one kicked on. The service techs Brandon & Taytin were helpful and professional and we will definitely be using this company for all of our heating and cooling needs in the future!

I requested someone to come out and give a quote on duct repair. They told us it just needed clean, no one even looked under the house. They did the cleaning and still nothing, guess what it needs duct repair, but still no quote on the cost. Ridiculous.
