We had air scrubbers installed in our units. Tim called to confirm which type we wanted, let me know he was picking it up from the warehouse and gave me an ETA. He was polite, knowledgeable, professional, considerate, and clean. Without me asking, he gave multiple quotes for the additional work I asked about, based on the various options. He also didn't mind explaining the terms he was using which aren't ones I use daily. He took the time to hear me out on concerns we have had with past companies and explained what All Serve would do differently.

When most other companies were busy after a recent hot day, ASH&A was able to send someone out right away. The tech was courteous and fixed the problem. The only issue was one of those "want me to take care of it for you?" situations, a quick capacitor swap that anyone with $25 and YouTube could do themselves, that ended up costing $320. That being said, they came out in an emergency, and it takes experience to diagnose the capacitor problem in the first place, so that makes things more justifiable.

Just wish companies would quote how much the work will cost EVERY SINGLE TIME before offering "to take care of it for you". Surprising your customer like that at the end can't be good practice. I learned my lesson now to always ask how much it is going to be. Giving 3 stars, I feel the need to speak out but I'm not trying to be malicious.

Trust this group to give you an honest assessment. They were quick to schedule me when I called and extremely professional during my service call. Tim was excellent. He explained the problem we had with our unit and repaired it quickly. He also provided solutions to the same issue we might have in the future with our other two units. The office staff is friendly and remembers me when I call. The technician calls and texts before arriving on time. Jason is friendly and professional and gets the job done even if it is just for routine maintenance. Jason made suggestions for a future HVAC enhancement which was useful information and appreciated. You just can't ask for better than that! I have used them for years and will continue to do so.

They are absolutely most professional, caring and attentive people to work with. My need was severe nd would have continued to be unknown without this team. I requested a service and with pictures plus understandable explanation it was made clear we needed duct replacement right away. My home is healthy now, the air is clean and air flow is consistent throughout all rooms. We are beyond pleased with the level of services we receive.

Highly recommend them for AC help! The person on the phone was very pleasant and helped me get an appointment convenient for me and they send follow up texts and emails before your appointment. The tech was very friendly and helped me understand the problem and explained what he was going to do before doing it. Easy payment with a credit card also makes it easier than finding a check book. Cant say enough good things about them, will use again!

All Service Heating & Air is a great local and reputable service. Our technician Josh has been servicing our unit for several years. He recently came out to perform some maintenance as the unit was struggling to cool during he hot Texas summer. Josh was professional, timely and courteous and took time to explain the issue and things I can do to keep the system running efficiently. My entire experience with Josh McGill and his company could be described in one word - OUTSTANDING! When Josh first arrived at my place he immediately spotted a problem that had been created by a previous technician which had pretty much put my 9-year-old AC unit out of action. After that, he sat with me and gave me a detailed explanation as to what he would be doing if he got the job of replacing my AC unit with a new one.

He then gave me a very competitive price after some negotiation and was able to give me an installation date within a couple of days. His people (Ismael, Noah and Oskar) showed up exactly on time on the scheduled day. They were polite, respectful of my property and appeared highly competent. Everything worked perfectly once they completed the job and they left everything spic and span, as if they had never been here to do a major installation where numerous large and heavy items had to brought up and down from the attic. Subsequently, I verified from the bank that the terms of the financing deal were exactly as stated by Josh. Josh then returned the following week to do a Quality Control Check (first time I have had any company do that on their own accord).

He ensured that everything was done right by his people and corrected an issue with the thermostat touch screen that I reported to him. Last but not the least, the Office Manager, Kristy, was extremely prompt in responding to any email I sent her. Bottom line - I wish every service provider that I engaged operated like this one - that would save me a lot of headaches! Based on my experience, I would highly recommend All Service Heating & Air to anyone needing AC and Heating repair or replacement services.

This was the first time that All-Service performed a maintenance check on my A/C unit.
