Ryan from Krueger Heating came and fixed my thermostat yesterday. Our thermostat was running in the heating and air conditioning mode and not stopping when it reached its target temperature. He was very courteous and professional. He analyzed the problem by looking up the thermostat's manual and set the programmed components. He tested all of the functions of the thermostat.

He downloaded the operator's manual to my email address for future guidance and proper operation of the device. Now the thermostat runs until reaching the target temperature and then shuts off as it should. All of this was don in a very short amount of time. We are impressed with the quality of service the company gave us.

Installed new AC and Furnace. On time, on budget. Super nice installers and we have had the system for a year now with no issues. Got the ecobee thermostat and love it.

Called in the middle of the night and they answered right away. They tried to help me over the phone before sending a service tech. Their help got me through the night and a service tech called first thing in the morning and worked until my heating unit was fixed. This was a weekend emergency call. I was having an issue with my air conditioner at 4:35 pm on a Friday. I called the office and Rory came by to see what was wrong on his way home. Great customer service and great repair work. Air conditioner was working less than an hour after I called.
