Justin and the folks at Precision are the absolute best! Came on short notice and handled our issue.

Precision was recommended by a trusted friend and man, they are great. Twice I've needed help with my AC system and both times their service was excellent. It is nice to feel confident about my HVAC knowing that whatever might happen, Precision is able to take care of it quickly and at a reasonable price. Doug especially - he is fantastic!

I wanted to get my heating unit checked out before the long winter. I was VERY pleased with the service I received today. I have used other companies in the past who were not responsive or professional. Doug came today and checked everything out, and we even did an on site (preventative) repair on an expiring part today. He explained in detail what my options were, and he let me make the decision. He also let me ask a bunch of other questions I was curious about. I appreciated Doug's professionalism and willingness to listen to what I wanted to have done.

This is the BEST company in Memphis!. unbelievable service and nicest folks ever. my master bedroom air-con went out at 8 am on a saturday, i called them at 9 am, and they called me back within 5 minutes, and the air-con was repaired by 11 am - same day. Then Justin said "it was a pleasure, no charge". amazing. i would recommend this company to everyone. chris knott-craig.

We purchased a new Daikin Fit unit to replace our 5 ton unit. We chose to do a split unit and replace the old pack unit. Was the best decision we made. Our utility bill has been cut in half. We are getting ready to update our second unit next week. Great team to work with and great warranty on their products.

OK, so you think a 5 star is false or phony.no it isn't. My wife and I have lived in Bartlett for 21 years. We've partnered with Precision for about 8 years. Amanda (customer service or office manager) is the BEST! Every tech we've had has been acutely well trained, kind, courteous and truthful. We have our annual maintenance contract with them for A/C and heating both.

We've used them for replacement install as well. There may be other good companies out there, but we'll never know. We are TOTALLY satisfied and impressed with their business model and service. BRAVO ZULU to Team Precision and thank you all. Thomas and Pamela Hughes / Bartlett

During the depths of our cold weather, our heating system malfunctioned. Amanda, who is always helpful and responsive, was able to dispatch a technician to us within hours when we thought it would be days! Doug slogged through the snow after getting stuck and arrived on time. He diagnosed our system malfunction and was able to arrange a "work-around" so that we could have heat until a part could be procured and installed several days later.

He was very thorough and explained matters in details that we could understand. Many thanks to Doug and Amanda! This is a good company and I recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work done.

At first Justin seemed nice and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done in my attic for insulation and HVAC. However, after consulting several other professionals in the field I soon realized his price quote was inflated by several thousand dollars. After talking to him on the phone to understand the method he recommended for my attic work, he began to yell at me and say that he's done this his whole life and that he's a mechanical engineer and knows what he's talking about.

He then abruptly ended the call and did not call me back as he promised. I would not recommend this company due to lack of professionalism and high prices. However Al Britt Air Conditioning is the company to use. They were professional, courteous, trustworthy, and clean. Their prices were good and their work is excellent.

From meeting Justin for the quote and Larry helping with an emergency ac issue to the techs installing and keeping the house clean, i am very pleased with Precision Air. Always got a call when to expect teams arrival. i would hire them again and they are my #1 referral to friends. My air conditioners both went down Memorial Day Weekend. I called Precision AC & Heating at 7;00 pm Saturday. At 7:15 pm I was talking to the owner of Precision AC & Heating. My appointment was scheduled for the next day. The Precision AC & H tech showed up on time and got the units running in no time. From the prompt response from the owner to the tech shop professional job, I was impressed with Precision AC & H. Highly recommend to anyone needed AC or Heating work.

Dec 31, 2019. We had a gas line leak, and had to have repairs made. I contacted Precision Air at 10:00 am on New Year's Eve concerned over how long it might take for the repairs to be made in order to get our gas line restored. I got a call from Kathy, one of the owners, within 30 minutes assuring me this would be handled immediately. At 11:00am Larry, the other owner, was at my house to review what needed to be done as it involved repairs on more than one furnace.

By 1:30pm all of the work had been done! I was very impressed at how quick and efficient the repairs were made. When the city code enforcement officer came to inspect the repairs so the gas could be restored he also commented on how impressed he was with how quickly and efficiently Precision air had made the repairs. Precision Air installed our new unit over a year ago. The install went perfectly and the installers kept our home clean and respected our family life. We just had the unit serviced for the winter. Doug was easy to work with, explained what he was doing. Everything checked out great. I highly recommend Precision Air Conditioning and Heating.

Justin came out today and fixed our issue in about a half hour! They are honest and friendly and will definitely be our go-to hvac from here on. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I used them to install a central A/C unit. They had the drain of the condensate running to the sewer which is typical. They neglected to add a safety shut off if the condensate drain backed up or blocked. It could be considered a small miss but when your unit is in the basement and the sewer backs up this is a huge deal. Fast forward a year later and the sewer line plugged and the unit got flooded.

I called them out to review the issue and they recommended replacing the whole unit and stated they would not be competitive on cost. Given that they were the installer I was appalled by their lack of willingness to help. I would not recommend their service and think they are an unethical company. Also they only operate on a call back system and never answer the phone immediately.

Justin, one of their bid estimators, is very knowledgeable and I commend him for his enthusiasm. I did not receive any service from precision heating and air, but i did receive a bid for which I did not accept. Here is the twist. I should have. I didn't accept because it was a little higher than another company that I believed to be of quality service.

Not going to explicitly name the company, but they are said to be widely respected in Kentucky, Tennessee and Alabama. The company turned a three day job into a month long job and it's still not completed. I'm amazed at their poor performance. The reason I reached out to send a review to precision is because all of my ideas were refined or generated by Justin during his time bidding my job. Hindsight is 20/20, and I am sharing this to promote a company with workers of integrity and individual consideration that won't leave a customer without electricity for three nights. Justin I hope your boss reads this and shows it to you because you know your stuff. Precision, if I could take it back, I wouldn't think twice about who I would choose to install my system.

Technician Mark did a thorough maintenance on heating system for the year. Left a detailed description for me to review his work performed. Very pleased! It was nice to have the discount for Facebook page and appreciated receiving the $30 gift card in the mail. Thank you!

We called Precision when our heating system stopped working at our house. They serviced us quickly and professionally. Amanda provided great communication and accurate scheduling. We ended up requiring a couple visits for different parts and all of the technicians we worked with were great. We felt like Precision was fair and ethical. I would highly recommend.

They cleaned up another company' mess! I give them the highest possible recommendation. They were prompt and solved the problem quickly. Larry was excellent. There are not enough positive accolades based upon my experience. We had a another company come and add Freon to our unit. As that other company was inspecting the heater the entire HVAC system shut down!

They messed with it for 3 hours before loading up and saying "call someone else, not sure what's wrong but we didn't do anything to cause this. I am sorry bout this BUT here is my invoice". Thank you Larry for cleaning up someone else's mess!

Precision has been providing our family exceptional service for many years. Actually, it all started for us (before we got married) when my wife's heat went out during a bad winter storm. Larry himself (co-owner with Kathe) drove over - in the freezing cold and snowy roads - and got her heat back on. We have been using them ever since. Several years ago when my mother's attic unit was having problems, we had called another company to check it out.

We were quoted $1,800 for only a repair. I called Precision and Larry came out - within an hour of receiving my call - on a Saturday. He was able to make the repair as part of the service call for less than $1,800. Larry did correctly suggest that her original attic unit should be replaced within a year. Seeing that the base unit was more than 50 years old, I knew he was right.

We went with Precision for the new unit to be installed instead of the first company. Kathe even came out as they were installing the new unit; she is a pleasure to work with. After Precision replaced the unit, there was a problem - on a Sunday evening - and Evan drove up from Hernando, MS and was able to make some repairs to hold us over until the repairs were made.

These folks truly do go "above and beyond" when it comes to providing quality, timely service. This includes everyone from Amanda's fielding of every call to Larry and Kathy coordinating everyone - as well as each technician who has helped us through the years. We highly recommend these folks to anyone who wants quality Heat and A/C service. You deserve it too - call them!

I had a experience with these guys. The technician came over, he seemed a little rude and off edge. everything got fixed that I wanted. my sister was at the house. after the technician left. She had told me that the young man that was working on the system had started talking to her, and had groped her but. she waited to tell me after he had left. so there would not be a seen. y'all can't have people representing a company like this. I used y'all because my friend used y'all and said great things about y'all. I will never use y'all again. Give all the thanks to Chris.

I never give anyone a perfect score but I'd be willing to give these guys 4.5 for sure. From Justin coming out to give me an estimate (and by the way, he's the guy who sold me on this company with his great customer service to begin with) to the installation by Chris and Doug. Yah, it took a bit longer than originally expected but as a DIY kind of guy, I've discovered most projects generally do. These folks are top-notch and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work done in their home or office.

Don't use these guys. They lie. They throw in hidden charges that they don't tell you about. They guy that came to fix my air, smelt like they were smoking on something. I'll never use them again. Thanks Chris.

We had great service with Precision last week. Our AC went out and we contacted Kathe- she had someone at our house that day! The tech, Evan, was polite, clean, and very helpful. He was even kind to our little dog, who kept trying to get in his way. The problem was quickly solved, and our air was working again in no time. Still working like a champ without any more problems. Everything this company does is efficient!

We love precision air conditioning and heating. This summer our AC went out on the hottest week of the season. We were able to get an appointment that day. Since the unit was toast (due to a brownout) they brought portable units for each of our bedrooms while they worked to get the unit replaced. They had the unit replaced in 3 days from the day we called them. They were very professional and courteous. We would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.
