Our furnace tune-up includes 13 different efficiency checks, 8 safety checks, and a thorough cleaning of your unit. We can tune-up all makes and models of furnaces and we can usually do it whatever day you choose.

My AC went out on the hottest week this year. It took them a couple days to come out, but they were by far the faster out of the several services we contacted. Logan arrived on time. Darren and his coworker were awesome. They arrived on time, did a great job of removing the old system and installing the new system. When finished he gave me a great overview of what I need to do to keep my new HVAC system running well. In addition to my personal residence I own 4 rental properties which Pronto provides service in Spring and Winter. Their service technicians are all extremely professional and do top notch work.

Incredibly pleased with Pronto and their technician Jesse. My experience started when I received a bid for AC replacement that was $4500 less than the competition. It was completed when Jesse spent 2+ hours figuring out the issue with my home temperature zones and saved me $1500 for a replacement board. I highly recommend Pronto! Service: Install AC

We used Pronto for the first time and they were beyond honest and helpful. They came out and didn't charge us because they ended up not being able to do a thorough tune up with the way a previous company had installed our furnace. I really appreciate their integrity and will for sure use them in the future for other services.

We've used Pronto in the past and always had excellent service. So, when our 67 year-old furnace stopped working, we called Pronto as we knew it needed to be replaced. We also knew our air conditioning and water heater needed replacing too, so they were able to provide a quote for all 3 and we're very reasonable. 2 days later we had all new major appliances (they could have come the next day, but it didn't work with our schedule).
The whole crew arrived on time at 7am and were done around 2pm They were all very professional. They even put plastic carpet protection down from our front door all the way downstairs to the utility room and wore shoe covers. We highly recommend Pronto. Excellent service, reasonable price, no trying to up-sell us on things we didn't need, and very responsive. A+ in our book.

Pronto team initially repaired our 28 year old boiler - got it up and running in about an hour. The tech graciously offered that the system might work for several more years so absolutely no pressure to buy new. We did not want to take a chance so decided several days after the repair to get a quote for a new boiler. The Pronto sales person was responsive, gave us a good deal and the Pronto install team arrived & finished on-time. New boiler system w/a 25 year warranty looks and works great. THANK YOU, PRONTO!

My furnace was acting up over the weekend. It wouldnt start up the burner and the temperature started to drop. I called a bunch of different repair companies and the earliest they could get was a few days from when I lost heat. Luckily, my boyfriend came over and tinkered with it while I was on the phone. He got it working temporarily, but it continued to have issues.
I called the next day and made an appointment with Pronto. The first meeting was great. Tyler was very polite and agreed that a sensor needed replacement. I was told I should get an estimate on the price and I would hear from scheduling soon because this is a more common sensor. I never heard from Pronto and ended up calling 2 days later to check in and see the status.
The lady said she'd check with Tyler to see if we would have an update. Never got an update, but she was super sweet. The next day I got a call to schedule an appointment to install the part. I scheduled it for 2pm and asked if he could come a half hour late. The scheduler said it was fine. Tyler ended up coming an hour early though at 1pm. I was in the middle of a big meeting for work and it was frustrating to deal with.
Not only that, i had a little sticker shock at the end. Tyler said they got the part directly from the manufacturer which is why the price is so high. After doing a quick search online, those sensors were a lot cheaper than what I paid. Not saying that wasn't true, but if they got the part at the prices I was looking at and the rest of the cost is considered labor, I'm disappointed they'd charge that much for how much labor was truly involved.

Jeff arrived 30 minutes before the appointment time which was AMAZING because our furnace stopped working during a subzero Saturday night. We woke up to a COLD house Sunday morning. I called Pronto and was guaranteed a service appointment within 4 hours if the call (very welcomed news). I got a text notification with with a little introduction of Jeff the technician and his photo (love that feature).
He made the repairs quickly with a wonderfully congenial manner while still maintaining a high level of professionalism. He was informative and helpful. We are more than satisfied with the service and will work with Pronto again.
